Summary: We had low expectations from the pictures, yet this clean, cosy cottage delighted us from the moment we arrived. Couch and beds were super comfortable; street is very quiet at night and we enjoyed the sound of birds during the day. Even in early summer we didn’t need the A/C as all windows have screens and breeze kept the cottage cool. Kitchen has everything you need; great water pressure in the shower. The best part was the large, screened sunroom where we enjoyed our meals. Smart TV has Netflix/Hulu/HBO/Disney.

Summary: This is an ideal place for a small family getaway. The bungalow is very well laid out and has lovely views of the fields and in the distance the water. It has generous sized tables for family dinners and a very nice outdoor deck. It is a very easy place to relax in. We just spent five days with our daughter, son-in-law and 5-year old and it was perfect and we were able to all be together or separately as we wanted. As a bonus, East Moriches is the way the Hamptons used to be a long time ago.

Summary: I thoroughly enjoyed the two weeks that I stayed in this cozy cottage with my two dogs. A safe neighborhood, shops and restaurants close by, I felt perfectly at home there and my dogs sure enjoyed the huge fenced-in yard. The bathroom is modern, laundry is downstairs, and the bedrooms are comfortable. Nice deck off the back of the house, beautiful view of the sunrise over the water in the morning, and a walk on the beach was just a two minute drive down the road. I thoroughly appreciated Brandi's personal touches (handwritten note, treats and toys for my dogs), and would gladly stay here again.

Summary: The cottage is adorable. Our stay was very comfortable. We had a few minor issues which our hosts immediately addressed. We loved the area..and hope to be back next year!

Summary: This was my third summer renting the bungalow for the month of July, so clearly I am happy there. I love the big back yard, the quiet friendly neighbors and the fact that the owners, Brandi and John, entrust their home, not just to me, but also to my dog. The house is cozy and bright - one wall of the living room, lined with windows. For a summer rental's comfort all that you need is provided: good quality linens, a clean white-tiled bathroom with an excellent shower and comfortable beds in both bedrooms. Also, two air conditioners for particularly hot nights. Otherwise the house is simple - equipped with sturdy furniture that is hard to damage, so renters with kids and dogs need not worry. Also new this year was a large-screen Smart T.V. in the living for rainy days. The house's best feature is the large screened porch where I spent most of my time. And of course the great asset of the house's proximity to a little beach at the bay a 1/2 hour walk away or a 4 minute drive down the road, easy free parking provided right nearby. It's also only 1.5 hour's drive from New York City, and right next door is beautiful Terrell County Park that is never crowded even when the small parking lot is full. There are also many other nature reserves nearby and West Hampton Village 20 minutes east for some upscale shopping - lively even during this summer of Covid. There's great local seafood to buy and of course farm stands no more than 7 minutes away on Montauk Highway. Brandi and John are always immediately available to answer questions or provide for any needs. I've grown to know the birds that return each year to nest there in spring and feed their hungry fledglings in mid-summer. And since the bungalow is surrounded by butterfly bushes there is always a myriad of butterflies.

Summary: Brandi’s property is a 2 minute drive from our son’s family rental. Hadn’t seen our big kids and grandkids for months and her cozy cottage, spacious screened in porch, comfy deck and huge backyard was a grandmom and granddads dream. Whoever thought so much happiness could happen during a pandemic where we all maintained social distance! Thanks Brandi and John.

Summary: We loved it! Perfect in every way for a couple seeking homey comfort and relaxation, with an enclosed porch with windows all the way around and a hammock swing (great for reading); a beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking a large backyard with trees, birds and a view of the bay, and a grill and games. Everything in the house was thoughtfully decorated with a brass bed, windows with a breeze coming through, organic cotton sheets and drapes, lovely photos and paintings throughout. Also, wi-fi (Mac, no PC), netflick movies, and easy walks to the bay and in town to the village. Close to two ocean beaches by driving. We even visited the local farm stand and got fresh vegetables and fruit. We live in NYC, and this was perfect for communing with nature, to rest, read, and enjoy the quietude of nature in a peaceful, inviting setting.
