Summary: Great quiet hideaway with private neighborhood access to Lake Washington. Spacious and quiet apartment, with a good hot water shower. Will most certainly stay again.

Summary: My partner and I actually live in Seattle and were staying at this rental due to construction in our duplex unit. I appreciated the kitchen's full amenities, including coffee makers, kitchenware, spices, great appliances, etc. It was easy to feel comfortable in this kitchen for the week. The pool table was a fun activity for the weekend. Everything was clean, we had enough of everything, and we thoroughly enjoyed the view of the lake. Some cons: while the bed was advertised as queen, it certainly felt more like a full, especially as our bed at home is a queen. My partner is a bit taller, so it would've been nicer to have a queen as described. While the neighbors upstairs may not intend to be noisy, working from home while staying at this property made for a lot of noise distractions from upstairs, including steps, early morning conversations, and late night noises. Note for other light sleepers - the tenants upstairs also sleep in the room above you, therefore you will hear them up and early around ~4-5 am at times getting ready. Overall, we were comfortable for the week and we recommend this stay as a home base during a vacation for sure!

Summary: Thanks so much for an awesome stay! Some mail came while we were here; we put it in the laundry room by the stairs. Only one paddle board that we saw though we didn’t use it. Hope to be back soon!

Summary: We needed a place for our dog while we toured Seattle. This house was near the Museum of flight and easily accessed from I-405 and I-5. It is 15 minutes from downtown. The house was very clean and stocked with dishes and silverware. There is wifi and a TV. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with a twin and a loft bed. There is an extremely long couch which our dog appreciated. There is a long stair climb to the door of the property. That may be an issue for some. There is a new pool table, which we used. There is a coffee pot and a Keurig coffee machine, so bring k-cups if you use them. Ground coffee was stocked but not k-cups. Great place. We loved it.
