An absolutely lovely neighborhood, with plenty of walking and biking trails/options.
Take the Waterford River Walk trail all the way to the marvelous Bowring Park.
Victoria Park is just a block away and has formally laid out paths, a playground, a baseball field, a dog park, and green space. It is currently undergoing a major revitalization.

Step into the extraordinary foyer and wander up the original staircase to the second floor to a large main bedroom with ensuite, and walk-in shower. There are three other bedrooms and an additional full bathroom.

Summary: For my first time staying in a rental using vrbo. Could ask for anything better. It was a smooth transaction with a fast response. The place was very inviting and comfortable. The hoist kept me updated on weather conditions and reminded me when the garbage was passing. The house was equipped with everything I needed. I said there for 100 days and could have stay 100 more , but the work is finished. Looking forward to stay there again when I able to. Thanks from This Louisiana boy.
