Summary: This house had everything you need when vacationing on the water, the location on the water made it easy in easy out on boat, canoe or kayak; The neighborhood was very friendly and central to activities and restaurants. Fishing off the sea wall behind the house is great for kids and adult without leaving the house; we saw manatee's come by the seawall as well as schools of fish (very active marine life). so much entertainment at the house you may not want to go anywhere while your there; there is Jacuzzi, pool, BBQ, games, kayak, private beach and so much more...... we'll be back for sure.

Summary: This place is awesome!! Plenty of room for everyone and super comfortable. I've stayed at other rentals in the keys that were pretty run down. This place is as upscale and as newly renovated as your gonna get down there. Super convenient for boating. Easy access to ocean side/Atlantic if you want to go slay some dolphin and right on the calm side of the bay if that's your taste. Would highly recommend (we're going back).

Summary: This home is extremely well equipped, decorated with a wonderful tropical flair and so comfortable you might not want to leave. It is located on the southern end of Islamorada very close to Colusa Cove marina which is a big plus if you are a boater. Great boating, fishing and restaurant's abound. I can t really say enough, this house has it all :)

Summary: Our group had a great stay at Nantucket South. It really feels like a vacation with great tropical decor and awesome usable outside space. The house is big enough to give everyone space, but has great common areas when we all wanted to gather. Group meals were easy either inside or out and the kitchen was really well equipped with everything we needed. The roofdeck is really unique and we loved playing cornhole and mini golf under the stars! We also used the splash pool outside all the time, especially a favorite after a long hot day. The location in Islamorada was ideal. Easy access North or South to all kinds of parks, restaurants, etc. and great water access right from the house.

Summary: I would highly recommend this house if you are wanting a quite relaxing time in beautiful Islamorada. My husband and I have been to the house several time and have thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and tranquility of the house and neighborhood. We really enjoyed getting up in the morning with a cup of coffee and going to the roof deck to watch the sunrise and in the evening watching the beautiful sunsets. It is so easy getting on your boat which is conveniently on the dock in the back of house and have a wonderful day on the water. It was refreshing to cool off in the cool tub on the dock after a long day on the water. The outdoor kitchen and living area is a wonderful place to cook and relax. My husband loved that in the evenings he can go to the roof deck and putt on the putting green and we enjoyed playing corn hole up there as well. If it has been a really long day of fishing we like to relax in the hot tub which is on the roof deck. If I did not want to fish I went to the private beach with a chair and read and relaxed on the beach. The house is in a very quite neighborhood and all of the neighbors we meet were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this house to any of my friends and we can not wait to go back down again.

Summary: Had an amazing stay at this incredible home. Truly a paradise and gem in Islamorada. As others have said, this house has everything you could want and more. One of my favorite areas was the rooftop, fully loaded with a hot tub, putting green, bar, TV's, couches, etc. Very unique and the best place to watch the sun go down. The kitchens (yes, 2!) were also top notch. Sizable outdoor kitchen that has everything you need for cooking up the daily catch, and a great open kitchen and dining area on the second floor, perfect for large group dinners and hanging out. Could not have asked for more and looking forward to staying here in the future!

Summary: This 6 bedroom home is ideal for vacationers who want to experience the Florida Keys in style. From the first floor to the roof this house exceeds the most demanding expectations. Everything works, the location is ideal. You are an hour away from Key West. Nearby restaurants are exceptional. The boating is spectacular. My family and friends can't wait to return. BJM

Summary: This house has it all... From being able to watch the sun rise on the roof deck (in the hot tub), to cooking for our group in the fully loaded kitchen along with ample dining space to having plenty of bedrooms and baths (with all the bedding, linens, towels, etc. you could possibly need) to accommodate me and my friends to hanging out in the downstairs bar /TV area after a long day on the local sand bar. I could go on and on....Clean, spacious and decorated with a fun beach theme, The house is on a really nice street and the neighborhood seems really safe.... This house and location exceeded all my expectations... Can't wait to go back....

Summary: Had the pleasure of of staying here in June. The house was great for entertaining and cooking. The downstairs open air kitchen was great. Everybody could hang out. This side of the house is in the afternoon shade so even in the steamy days it was cool enough to be outside. The cool pool was great when you came in from fishing. Will rent this home again in the future.
