Summary: Just an amazing location and flat - great for morning swims in the harbour and exploring the three cities - very comfortable and spacious accommodations - beds very comfortable - wonderful to have a seating area outside (careful not to lock yourself out) - Victory Square, though under construction, was very nice to have close - if you want morning coffee / breakfast, get there early before tour groups arrive. Try d’Centro or BeBirgu for food - the latter has an amazing indoor dining grotto within the old music hall. Gelato cart below St Lawrence’s cathedral serves very good gelato, Mykonos down by the water ferry is ferry good fora Greek meal and will also offer take-away. Watching life go by at any one of the waterside cafes is relaxing. Firt Angelo is just next door and well worth a visit. The water taxi and water ferry points are easily within walking distance. If desperate for water, both at an outdoor venting machine next to the Chill Cafe and within the Cafe, water can be purchased. The down-side of the flat is that the en-suite shower tray feels unsteady and drainage is a problem - also the drain on the terrace backs up a bit and must constantly be pushed back into the drain - it would benefit guests to have 2 x beach towels for summer rentals as it takes a very long time to dry - the flat is also a distance from any convenience shop, so register for Wolt and have it delivered to the Regatta Club where you can sit and enjoy the views whilst waiting for delivery!

Summary: This apartment was perfect as a base for visiting all the local areas. It’s nice and quiet by night and yet still easy to get the water taxi across the harbour to Valletta at any time. Everything you need is walking distance and it’s one of the few apartment blocks which has a lift for anyone with difficulty in lots of stairs.

Summary: Spacious , well equipped apartment in great location with swimming directly in front of apartment. Amazing views . Valletta a ten minute 2 Euro boat ride away . Location is peaceful with plenty of restaurants on your door step . Mini market a 20 minute walk or large supermarket in Valletta . Love staying here and will be back .

Summary: What a stunning location this apartment is in. We feel we had the best location, the best view and a lovely clean and comfortable apartment making our holiday in Malta just perfect. We travelled in November for 10 nights and were really lucky with the weather. 8 days we had sunshine, we then had 2 days rain,1 dull day and 1 windy day. On the fine days I swam in the harbour which was just down the steps and outside our apartment, as my husband watched in from our balcony. It was just wonderful; still warm and refreshing and so quiet. That’s the thing about Birgu, especially the side that faces Kalkara (which the apartment does), it was so peaceful and beautiful. There is only a footpath outside the apartment so no noisy road to deal with. You’ve then got the harbour and the most beautiful view across to Kalkara. Leaving the apartment and turning left and walking around to the other side which faces Senglea and Valletta, you get all the lovely waterside cafes and restaurants, the ferry that takes you across to Valletta for E1.50 or the small wooden boats for E2. The journey across takes about 5 mins and it’s the best way to reach Valletta which is a vibrant and beautiful city full of amazing restaurants, churches, museums, shops and access to the ferry to Gozo and the main bus station to anywhere else you wish to visit. We did not bother hiring a car, but instead used the local Buses, the ferries and the odd taxi. All so reasonably priced. Don’t hesitate to book here!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The condo location was perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony sipping our coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings soaking up the sights and sounds.

Summary: The apartment is in a wonderful position looking out onto the harbour. The pictures online don’t really do it justice it is very big & spacious inside however I would say for a 3 bedroom apartment the balcony is only big enough for two people, but we were out most of the day so it wasn’t too much of a problem. Unfortunately our flight was delayed so Claire had to wait up until the early hours of the morning to meet us at the apartment which we were grateful for. (If you are arriving out of check in hours there is a fee to pay in cash) Claire was very helpful when we contacted her needing some help getting a taxi. We had a lovely family holiday & would recommend this apartment.
