Summary: Ellen was delightful to work with. Met us at checkin and walked us through. Was quick to respond with questions we had, all in all a fabulous vacation…. First time we’d been out of Vermont since prior to COVID. Best. Time. Ever!

Summary: My husband and two children (15 & 13) had a wonderful getaway at this cottage DIRECTLY on the beach. Ellen was wonderful with her quick response and making sure we were informed and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. Old Saybrook is a beautiful town and we enjoyed bike rides and good food!
