4 Bedroom House in Tahoe Keys, South Lake Tahoe

Not your typical vacation rental, this is our HOME and we furnish it and care for it as such! We have a family member available to answer your questions and help with your stay should you need anything! We fondly refer to this wonderful property as "The Keys To Paradise." We have a NEW DOCK to add to your enjoyment!

Much care has been taken during the recent remodel to provide a quality, eye-pleasing and comfortable experience for our guests including two tone paint, new baseboards, doors and trim, hardwood and designer travertine flooring.
In addition, this fully remodeled house boasts four bedrooms with comfortable and roomy sleeping. The first downstairs bedroom is private with new Queen Sealy Posturepedic mattress and glass door leading to private deck and water view. The second lower level bedroom provides three single beds suitable for adults as well as children.
Upstairs is a large and private master suite with new Sealy Posturepedic King mattress, walk-in closet, fireplace,flat screen television, Queen sofa sleeper and water view writer's nook/office adjoining upper level large private deck for water, nature and mountain viewing! The second upper level bedroom has a new Sealy Posturepedic Queen mattress as well as a new Full size bed in the separate cove area.
The two designer full baths are Tahoe inspired. The main bath located on the lower level is equipped with a tub/shower combo and dual sinks. The upstairs master bathroom suite provides relaxation in the Jacuzzi Jetted tub, dual sink designer vanity and a separate oversize shower with dual shower heads and seating bench to complete the luxury.
The open concept floor plan offers comfortable conversation-style living with adjoining family room, living room, kitchen and dining area. The family room offers conversation nook seating around the new gas fireplace and large flat screen television. In addition, there is a full size pool table surrounded by additional comfortable seating and a second big screen television. Relaxation and fun are the name of the game here!
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with new quartz counters, updated cabinetry, designer farm sink, stainless steel gas range, microwave and dishwasher. Pots, pans, dishes, flatware and cooking items are included for easy meal preparation. Serving and dining are easy and efficient at the kitchen island/bar and large dining table complete with breath taking waterfront views.

Summary: Our stay was absolutely amazing. It was a perfect location very beautiful and clean home. Communicating with the owner, John was extremely easy. The only piece of advice that I can add is more mirrors in the house with a few girls we were fighting over the mirrors to get ready :) Thank Jon we had a great time!

Summary: We had the pleasure of staying at this home for a few nights and had a wonderful time. Lots of space for everyone to enjoy. Beds were comfy. Master bathroom was great. Pool table was enjoyed by the kids. Location was perfect for us. It snowed a lot while we were there and decided to stay an extra night, which was granted by the gracious owner. Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: This is a spacious house in a great location, on the water at the end of one of the Tahoe Keys canals. Easy access to the water via the small private dock. (The lake level was lower than usual during our stay, so check depth if you're planning to bring a boat. We had no trouble launching paddle boards from the dock.) The Tahoe Keys canals are sheltered and calm, great for paddle boarding or kayaking. The house was very clean. The house has been renovated with modern kitchen and bathrooms. There are four bedrooms with five regular beds (king, queen, queen, two singles). Two additional mattresses are in a small nook with a low ceiling that connects to one of the queen bed bedrooms (not for the claustrophobic), a sleeper sofa in the master bedroom, and a trundle in the bedroom with the two twin beds (but using the trundle would make a very tight squeeze in between the two twin beds). The pool table is a nice touch. The house itself is in great condition. Some of the furniture is worn and should be replaced, especially the table and chairs on the deck. The house would be more attractive with some artwork indoors (the walls are mostly bare) and landscaping outdoors (which I realize is challenging during a drought).

Summary: Property was very nice, except the lake water low so the dock was really usable, but that's natures fault. It's was everything you see online, no false advertisements. Check in and out with the host family was simple

Summary: Great home and location. And perfect for families. We had three sets of families with younger children and the house was perfect to entertain. The beds were super comfortable. The master bedroom is absolutely beautiful with a lovely balcony overlooking the water. We’re definitely coming back!

Summary: Communication with owners was clear and simple. The place was very clean, and we loved having the pool table. The neighborhood was nice and in a great location. A couple suggestions: we wished there were some board games and cards in a closet and maybe a few sleds to borrow. And, I’d say it very comfortably sleeps 8. The 9th bed was a little trundle that’s in a room that’s not big enough to pull it out all the way and the 10th bed was in a little closet/attic area. But, bottom line, it was a very nice stay! Thank you:-)

Summary: We were up in Lake Tahoe for the weekend to take snowboarding lessons at Kirkwood Resort. The pictures in the website didn’t do justice. The inside of the home is more beautiful in person than what you see in the pictures. Check in and check out process was a breeze. Jon, the owner was very responsive to my inquiries. During our stay, there was a snowfall on Friday evening, we woke up to a beautiful white scenery of the backyard and the lake. Cupboards are filled with a lot of plates, glasses, cups, cutleries and other kitchen stuff, everything you would need. That’s one less thing to worry about when you go for a trip. Bedroom spaces were just perfect for our group! Plus, that hidden bedroom by the second bedroom upstairs, my boys loved that they can hide in there! Lots of towels!!! The billiard was a nice touch. My boys and the adults had fun playing the billiard. I highly recommend this house. I would just recommend that the owners post better pictures in the website. Again, the pics in the website didn’t do justice of how beautiful the home is. Thank you Jon for making our stay comfortable.
