Summary: Great location and tucked in the cove! Dock was easy to tie up boat. Large enough inside for entire family.

Summary: We had very good weather for boating. the place was nice, plenty of bedding and towels, and tons of dishes, pots and pans and cutlery, tv was easy to log onto, the grill worked, the dock was nice and big for our motor boat. a couple problems was that the first bedroom only had a wobbly lamp and no over head light, a few bulbs out in light over kitchen table, and a few tiny ants in kitchen, but manageable by keeping all food in referator. We did not use the down stairs.

Summary: We had a great stay. The property location was amazing. We rented both houses. My family had plenty of space to have their our place to relax! The houses need TLC but the layout works well for big groups. The communication was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: This was our second stay at Kamaray. We rented both of the houses on the property. We came with 7 adults and 4 small children and the space worked out great! The property manager met us when we arrived and showed us around. All of the beds were made with fresh sheets and there were plenty of fresh new towels provided. The cabins have the quintessential 'lakehouse' feel. Our favorite part is the location though. We rent a pontoon boat, which we can pull right up to the private dock on location and it works out great! (I highly recommend taking a ride over to Frye Island if you rent a boat) The sunsets are the perfect way to end the day and can't be beat. We hope to come back again for sure!

Summary: This was our third year staying at the two cottages and enjoy the area. Great for swimming and boating. Houses could use some TLC. A lot of little things but nothing major wrong. When called the property manger was right there to make things right again.

Summary: We rented both of the properties that Courtney offers (side by side cottages) for a long weekend as a friend was getting married down the street at the Migis Lodge. We were a group of 10 adults and one toddler and this property could not have worked out more perfectly for us. Everyone had their own bed and we never felt cramped whatsoever, even when all 10 of us met in the beautiful family room overlooking the lake (take in a sunset if you decide to rent here, it was stunning). Communication with Courtney throughout the process was seamless and below are the most memorable pros of the trip: - Beautiful lakefront view - Sturdy docks for boat dockage and taking in the lake - Large sitting room for large groups that overlooks the lake - Easily sleeps 10+ people - Feels extremely private while being accessible to everything Sebago Lake has to offer - Excellent WiFi! I would highly recommend renting this property if you're a group of 6+ and look forward to the opportunity to return at some point!
