Summary: The Pearl was the perfect location to chill with my friends and celebrate my birthday after my bout with the flu. The kitchen is fully stocked. The layout of the house is perfect with sight lines leading straight to the water. Although too chilly and windy for outdoors, watching the sun light the horizon and the ducks on the water was peaceful. The large table and sitting area in the back is the perfect location for meals, conversations, and games. I am planning a future return.

Summary: We had a wonderful time staying here -- our family enjoyed the board games in the house, the deck on the water, the beautiful room overlooking the water, and the cable tv so we could watch football games during the holiday! Not many rental houses offer cable tv so that was a great plus :)!

Summary: This was intended to be a cookie baking for my friends to relax and detox from their day to day. The Pearl was exactly what we all needed. Upon entering, everyone in the group started talking about what we'd do next year and one in the group decided to extend her stay through Sunday night so that she could show her mom the house. We enjoyed the fire pit, watching sunrise on the dock, baking cookies while watching the water. It was a perfect weekend and The Pearl was the perfect place to stay - it had everything we needed.

Summary: Perfect location with a great view for a family getaway to spend quality time together! Cozy house in a quiet location with all of the amenities you could ask for. Kitchen was fully stocked, kayaks , bikes , fire pit, fishing, indoor games and more. The family truly enjoyed our stay here. Definitely would come back!

Summary: This property is so very done! Very updated interior, comfortable beds, beautiful view. Sitting on the dock with coffee watching the ospreys built their nest across the creek was so wonderful! Well appointed with everything you could need including wood for the fire pit and seed for the bird feeders! Can’t wait to go back again.
