Summary: We appreciate the early check-in, the appearance & cleanliness of the condo. The community very calm and relaxing. The only issue we had, was the communication timeline. We reported no rod to open retractable shade but no reply. We asked for propane tank to be replaced, but not contacted until Saturday after 3pm. We were lucky that the propane had enough for our grilling.

Summary: the only hiccup was the key card to the pool didn’t work and we didn’t end up hearing back from the property manager about resolving it during our stay. fortunately there were others in the pool who let us in so we didn’t have to miss out on enjoying it. Other than that it was perfect and I would recommend.

Summary: We loved our stay at Sandollar 1103! Condo (brand new, BTW) had all that our big family needed: kitchenware, appliances, grill, etc. The location by the water was great for relaxing outside and fishing. We enjoyed chilling in the pool and dolphin-watching. Highly recommended!
