Summary: This condo was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in we felt like we were home. The host did a great job of welcoming and communicating throughout the weekend. The neighborhood itself was gated so we felt very safe from the start. We were able to dock the boat at the local marina and leave our trailer there for the weekend as we parked our boat there on the water at the Condo for easy access. We will definitely be back soon.

Summary: The condo was great…clean and very welcoming. Our day was very long and stressful. It was so comforting to finally arrive and find our favorite snacks/drinks along with a personalized welcome message. Kelly and her husband are such thoughtful hosts and frequently checked in to see if we needed anything. Due to a medical emergency, we had to unexpectedly stay in the area longer. They quickly offered to extend our stay at their place …no charge. It’s getting harder to find good people in this world. We are so lucky to have rented from two of them. We would definitely stay with them again and highly recommend their “Happy Place”!

Summary: The whole place was very nice with the exception of a couple things. The mattress in the master bedroom was very worn out where if you laid in the middle and moved to either side of the bed you roll down into the worn spots on the bed. The AC didn’t work very well making the stay a little miserable especially at night while trying to sleep. Also on the last day of the stay, we were woken up around 730 am due to roofing construction that was going on. Not a pleasant start to the last day there. Was no communication from property owners about said construction
