The living area is cozy and offers seating for the whole family with a queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook on vacation. Both bedrooms are spacious with comfy beds! You'll love both of the large, private decks off the living area that over looks the canal and has cozy furniture to enjoy the Texas breeze. -After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

Summary: We absolutely enjoyed the back deck area with the double decks in the evening. The area was quiet and safe. We were close to everything including a 2 minute drive to Whitecap Beach.

But the place is wonderful - has everything you need. Close to stores and sights and is on the water! Those of you bringing boats, just know- you do have to plan for about a 15 minute ride out to the bay. Not a problem for me as this is my 2nd time here. GREAT PLACE - Will be staying here again!

Summary: Great little place on the water with a nice view and easy docking for the boat. There is one stored in the lift so you must tie off to the side. Not an issue in good weather, but high winds would make that challenging. Floor plan is spacious with a bonus room that was perfect for a teenager. I will say I was surprised by the lack of TVs in any of the bedrooms, but we were so tired at the end of the day we didn’t miss it. More than one towel per person would’ve been nice. Overall great stay and would book again.

Summary: Condo was good, a/c wouldn’t get below 74° but temp not terrible with fans on, boat slip & lift was great, nice location, lacking in a few necessities (shorted couple bath towels, kuerig cup spike broken but able to poke hole in cups for it to work, little stuff like that), but great place for the rate ***Beware the boat ramp around the block is private use only, we were able to unhitch boat trailer & park in driveway with two vehicles as well, they will tow your vehicle off if try to park at the ramp***
