Summary: The condo is perfect for a family retreat. The view, location, condo is excellent. It was better than. It looked in the pictures. We go to Rockport once or twice a year and this my favorite condo thus far.

Summary: There are many things to love about this condo. It is located in a great part of town... very quiet and easy access to all the great places in town. Walmart and HEB are a couple minutes away and the downtown area is less than 5 minutes. The condo was very clean and modern. It looked like it had been updated recently. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has all you need with modern appliances. The living area was great with a large comfortable couch and an awesome view of the water through the sliding glass doors. There was a small table and 4 stools on the balcony where we could sit and have our morning coffee while watching the boats go by in the bay... we could even see dolphins swimming when the water was calm. Even though it was hot outside, the sea breeze kept us comfortable on the balcony and the AC worked great inside the condo. I have stayed in nice hotels where I wasn’t this pleased. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and this will be where we will stay on future visits to Rockport.

Summary: Clean, cozy, and great location. Only a couple of minutes to everything we needed…beach, stores, ect. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was a favorite of mine and our kids enjoyed the pier.
