a big boat dock is located next to the cottage. You can cookout, crab, fish, or shrimp from the dock's float. A public launch for boats/canoes/kayaks/sail boats is located less than a mile from the cottage.
For your or your guests' RV staying at the cottage, there are connections for a 30 or 50 amp electric service , cable TV, water, and sewer. The cottage sits on fenced & gated 18 wooded acres ensuring your privacy and serenity. You will find strolling the nature trail with your pets invigorating and cooking out on the wood burning grill or sitting around the fire pit enjoyable and relaxing (wood is furnished).
The cozy cottage was recently remodeled; It is fully air conditioned, heated, and completely furnished, including its kitchen. The cottage has cable tv, a dvd player, internet, wifi. & a washer and dryer. Additionally, the cottage welcomes pets.

Summary: Really wanted to go to a place to unwind fish a little and reconnect with our grown up children. Perfect place for this. Stores are not very far and twice the ice and seafood are close by . Mr. Jack is a wonderful host. He willing answered any questions and even called to check in on us to make sure everything was ok and that we were happy with the house. Couldn’t have asked for a better host. Worth every single penny. Would love to come back soon.

Summary: This is our third visit here. We come to fish all the time and this location is perfect for us. There is a deepwater dock for the boats and it is within just a few minutes from the boat ramp. The view from the house is a bonus. It's amazing. Mr. Jack is very responsive and helpful. Summary: We like to vacation a few long weekends a year to the Ga coast and this was our 1st time in this area. We picked this property cause it has a deepwater dock in the rental advertisement. The dock is solid and we were VERY happy to have our 24ft bay boat with us at the rental rather than at a marina like we used to do. We caught flounder, whiting, and croaker right there at the dock. And we caught sea trout around Sapalo Sound. We boated back n forth to Black Beard Island a lot and it's a beautiful ride! The fish restaurant is right around the bend and they have great docking for the boat also while we ate! The view of the marsh from this rentals patio is unreal! The pics in the advertisement can't do it justice. The sun rises at the patios 4/5 o'clock and the colors are breathtaking, non stop birds of all different kinds flying and using the marsh, dolphins working bait pods in the river.... all this right in front of us EVERY morning. The huge live oaks on the property offer excellent shade. If you're like us and vacation with a boat and are tired of no where to park the boat trailer at other rentals then you'll love this rental has over an acre yard to lead and park your big truck and boat trailer with ease! Mr Jack met and greeted us and was very nice and very easy to talk to. Wife and kids and I had great time. Only wish we'd had more days off to stay longer. We will next time! Thanks!!!!
