Bring your boat(s) or jet skis!! Property is a fisherman’s and water enthusiast dream. Built in 2019 the property is nestled in the quaint town of Perdido Beach, Al. On a canal that empties into beautiful Soliders Creek which empties into Perdido bay where you can see dolphins, catch many inshore fish species, or just relax while watching a beautiful sunrise/sunset. Property has a double boat slip with power & running water dockside. One side has a 10k lift to keep your boat out of the water when not in use. As you exit the canal you will be in beautiful Soldiers creek. A short boat ride to Robinson island, pirates cove, flora bama and all Orange beach and the area has to offer. Property is only 8 miles to Alabama pass. 15 minutes from Owa amusement park and the Foley area. 3.5 miles to Soliders creek golf course. Public launch for boat(s) is 1 mile via land and only 10 minute boat ride back to the property. Property has 2 bedrooms 1 bath inside and 1 outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Property has plenty of parking for your boat trailer and vehicles.

Summary: Love the area! Perfect getaway for family!! Love being able to dock boat behind house and easy access to Soldiers Creek and Perdido Bay. David was easy to deal with. Will stay there again in future visits.

Summary: The property was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. Its located on a small canal on Soldier Creek, which is very convenient to to Perdido Bay. Soldier Creek was very quiet, most of the time it felt like we had the creek to ourselves while we were fishing. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and even help me find a boat ramp close to the property. My friends and I are already planning our trip for next year and we will definitely stay here again. If you are looking for an upscale neighborhood, this might not be your place. But if you want a quiet place to stay while you fish the bay, then this is the place for you. On a side note, the stars at night were amazing and seeing the dolphins swim beside the boat blew us away.
