Summary: Overall, we had a very good stay. We were just looking for a few days away for my kids fall break - fishing and kayaking. I’m glad we took our kayaks, the inlet where this property is located was very shallow, but smooth for kayaking. Not good for fishing, since the water was low. As mentioned in other reviews - the beds (master bed in particular) were very hard, and worn out (you roll towards the middle). I’m concerned that the new flooring was laid without a subfloor - I think someone will step through the floor. They must have recently had a new roof or some other construction - the driveway was covered in nails and screws - and I had to stop on the side of the road on the way home and change my tire. Uugh. The dock was a great place to hang out. We did start a fire in their fire pit - but they have it located under a huge tree, which didn’t seem safe (especially since we learned later that there’s a burn ban). Property was as described - Host was very responsive. My dogs loved the fenced in yard!

Summary: Absolutely wonderful home for our much needed trip to the lake. The house was very clean and well stocked. The dock is large and in perfect shape, easily sheltering our pontoon and giving us a place for peaceful night fishing. Zero regrets choosing this rental!

Summary: This property was very close to our family and we loved the open floor plan with the fishing deck. The owner had a Christmas tree up as well, which was a nice touch and we appreciated it. As was previously stated in another review the plumbing needs updated, specifically the toilets. The master bedroom mattress wasn't very comfortable either. With those upgrades it would make a big difference. It was perfect size-wise for our family of six.

Summary: The rental house was clean, well stocked with supplies, and had a beautiful view of the lake. The rental amount was slightly overcharged based on the condition of the house (flooring and plumbing). The host - Savanna was wonderful and went out of her way to help us with small issues we had settling in.

Summary: Exactly as seen in photos and just as clean. Nice size living area with very comfy furniture was nice escape from the heat. Located on a quiet cove with little boat traffic so was great for kayaking. Would stay here again.
