Summary: Our stay was just how we hoped for. My husband and I and our 2 young adult daughters stayed for a week, we loved the screened pool area for evenings cooling off with friends and no bugs! We brought our boat and were able to keep it in the water and go out whenever we wanted to the islands or a restaurant. Close to everything and the canal is wide and easy to maneuver. The house was spacious, updated and clean. We also paddle boarded in the preserve area at the end of the canal. This house has everything. Great stay.

Summary: This house is great if you have a boat and are looking for a house with a boat dock and pool. Great communication with the owners. This was our third time staying in this home and we plan on coming back next year.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The location right on the canal was wonderful. We fished and caught lots of fish in a variety of species. The screened in pool was a wonderful relief from the Florida heat.The interior of the home was spacious and extremely clean. The sun room was a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and watch boats and wildlife in the canal. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity comes about.

Summary: My family (myself, husband, daughter, mom and dad) stayed for a week. I worked remotely, my husband did some remote work and some work around the area and our daughter, mom and dad enjoyed getting nails done and shopping. We all enjoyed fishing, swimming, laying by the pool, watching family movies, watching the dolphins from the dock and dining out. It was a wonderful week! The house was so clean and comfortable for all of us. The beds were so comfortable. We had family time but had space to have private work time when needed. Thanks Justin and your wife!!

Summary: We loved our time at this property. Pool, access to the gulf and a place to park the boat were all a must and this property delivered perfectly on all of them.
