Small bungalow that sits right on top of the water. We want you to enjoy this house as much as we do. If you love to spend time outdoors and on the water, then this is the place for you. House has multilevel decking overlooking the cove on Lake Eufaula. 2 bed and 1.5 bath. The house is small (900 sq ft) and there is 5 beds total { 2 queens, 1 bunk bed, 1 sleeper sofa}. You can sleep 6-8 people based on how close you are with your group. lol the second bedroom is rather small and mainly used to sleep. The outdoor living space and view of the water is why you want yo stay here.(4 decks over 2000 sq ft of living space) You have access to the dock where you can tie your boat in the slip and keep it there during your stay. It is directly connected to the decking of the house. There is a screened in porch that is nice to relax in late at night. There is also a firepit on one of the decks. You can sit and enjoy the views all day without even getting on the water. There is free wifi available. The house is pretty small so it is not suitable for big groups. Summary: Nice little house with boat slip. Maybe not the best option for small children. We have a one and four year old. We brought baby gates for the decking but our gates weren’t wide enough. Otherwise the deck was fun. There were a whole bunch of rusty nails sticking out at face level of my small children on the stairs near the grill. I’m planning to send the owner some pictures so he can address it. I’m sure it can be easily overlooked if you don’t have kids at that height. The grill was available for use but the last renters left it pretty gross. We cleaned it up a bit but ended up using the kitchen to cook in, instead. The check-in book needed to be updated for some things but we messaged the owner and got really quick responses. There are instructions to turn on the water outside at the meter and the water heater in the master bedroom breaker box. We followed them and realized, after we did all the work, that the water and heater were already on. It was quite the chore digging in the ground at the water meter with tiny humans under foot but we should have just checked the water before we started. It took a few minutes to figure out which internet was theirs to connect to, but once we got it, the internet works really well. In the evening my girls were both on tablets and we were on our phones with no problems. We had a few things like shoes and a baby doll slide under the couches. Retrieving them was pretty yucky. That area could use some TLC but it is a lake house so, the good with the bad. There is no dishwasher. No big deal for us as we just wash as we go, but I think based on how some of the dishes looked, that may be an issue for some people. Beds were comfy. The closed in porch was a nice for us with the little ones. The boat ramp was within 5 minutes and the boat ride back to the slip was short. The location on the lake was perfect. Close enough to public beaches, we found an amazing spot just around the corner about 20 minute cruise on our boat. We parked our boat at the house the first night and either a cat or raccoon scratched the rear deck padding. Obviously not the owners fault, but just a warning. If you get their early enough to put your boat in, then do it. And lastly, there is no safe way to get down to the water/beach area in front of the boat slip. It’s bouldered in for structure, and there was some debris on the area anyway. It’s not a place for small children, but older kids could probably figure it out.

Summary: This property is clean and cozy on the inside, spacious and set up perfectly for entertaining outside. Even though the lake is super low at this time, we still enjoyed our stay!! The owners were very responsive to our questions!!

Summary: We had a small family girls trip and this house was perfect. It is hidden in a very quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful and perfect for a quiet getaway. We spent most of our time outside on the multiple decks and enjoyed the beautiful view. The dock was perfect for swimming or fishing off of and no one bothered us. The owners were very helpful with any questions and responded immediately. We will definitely come back

Summary: My family and I traveled from Colorado to visit our family that live in Oklahoma so we rented this vrbo and it turned out great. Our family was able to come visit us at the house and we did lots of swimming and cooking our. House was after all cleaned and very nice. There is always more that can be done but it’s a vacation home so cooking pan are limited but it was an overall great experience for our first vrbo. We will definitely rent it again.
