Our beautiful and spacious Lakefront home has over 200 feet of sandy, private beach on a quiet cove in East Wakefield, New Hampshire. Located on the lovely Belleau Lake, our all season home provides a home away from home.
The Game Room is right off the Living Room and has an Pool Table, Dart Board, Bar, TV and propane fireplace for relaxing and having fun. New Flat Screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom.
Both the Living Room and the Game Room open up to the 15’ x 24’ Deck with a BBQ Propane Grill. Come, sit on our Deck, and relax while you gaze at the beauty of the lake or the amazing sky on a clear and starry night.
On the Main Floor, there is a full bath with 3 bedrooms. Downstairs is a ¾ bath with a shower, a washer/dryer for convenience, 1 bedroom plus 3 extra beds and a single pull out couch.
There is parking for multiple cars, filtered water, a music system, Roku entertainment, DVDs, games and Wireless Internet
Outside you can enjoy swimming; fishing off the dock (Belleau Lake is well known for its abundance of large mouth bass, perch, and sunfish) or just relaxing in the sun. Bring your boat, canoes, kayaks, floats and enjoy the crystal clear lake. There is plenty of open space to play your outdoor games. At night, make a fire in the fire pit and roast marshmallows under the stars.
Within 1 hour you can be hiking the White Mountain Forest, canoeing down the Saco River, shopping and site seeing in North Conway and Jackson. Don't forget Storyland for the children. Try your hand at mountain coasting at Mount Cranmore or Attitash. Play miniature golf in North Conway. Lake Winnepausaukee, Weirs Beach or Saco, ME are within a 45 minute drive. Why not take a drive along the beautiful Kankamangous Highway or Bear Notch Road or take a hike thru Rocky Gorge or up to the famous Sabbaday Falls. Don't forget to check out Castle in the Clouds about 30 minutes away.
In an hour ,if you travel East, you can visit Wells Beach, Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, on the Maine coastline.

Summary: This was a great property to escape our busy schedule for a week, tons of things to keep kids busy while adults relaxed. We all enjoyed pool, darts, and the incredible patio right on the water! The house was very spacious for the 10 of us and the huge kitchen made cooking a breeze. Kids are begging to go back!

Summary: This property is exactly as listed - there were 8 adults and one infant in our party and there was plenty of room for all of us! This is definitely a "home" and not a "camp". the kitchen was well stocked with cooking apparatus as well as plenty of dishes/cups/silverware and for a rainy day, the home was filled with movies and games of all kinds. The back of the property is as spectacular as it looks - we brought a boat, two canoes, 4 kayaks as well as yard games and a movie projector/screen and there was still plenty of space for everyone as well as the dogs! Our host Linda was always immediate with her responses to any of my questions and provided so much helpful information. We loved this property and there is already talk about coming back in the future :)

Summary: The house was a great place to stay at. it came stocked with pots and pans and a few spices, paper towels and toilet paper. we had a group of 9 adults and 3 kids and we never felt crowded. The view from the back of the house is amazing. the property is right on the lake. great for morning coffee and basking in the great outdoors. the bedrooms were a decent size and we didn't feel cramped. Linda the owner is very quick with responses so your not left to wonder. please remember that being this far out, you won't have cell phone coverage. they do have wi-fi so that is good. but when you're away on vacation with amazing scenery, it's best not to be on the phone the whole time. you do need to bring your own sheets and towels. blankets are provided. I would definitely recommend this house.
