Summary: We had family from all over the US meet in the St Pete /Tampa area because the elderly grandparents live here. They can’t travel so we came to them. The house with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms was excellent. The kitchen was very well equipped with pots, pans, everything we needed. The kayaks were a huge hit with everyone. One day was spent at a local beach only 10 minutes away. But the highlight was my 7 yr old grandson catching his first fish off the dock in the back yard! We made awesome memories at this house.

Summary: Loved this property. Room for everyone. Having 4 full bathrooms were great when everyone needed to take a shower after being on the beach the whole day. The cleanness, the full kitchen, and having awesome washer and dryer was great. Communication with Sophia was very easy. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner. She even gave us info what to explore on the area. We loved this property.

Summary: What an awesome alternative option from hotel/resort stay which made our family springbreak vacation trip to Florida an unforgettable one in our books. Sophia was an amazing host! Super nice, accommodating and responded promptly via text message.When we got to Florida from our long road trip from Washington DC area, we reach out to her and was able to check in early. When we needed a extension cord for our laptops for the outside deck area to use Sophia didn't hesitate to find a way to provide one for us. We picked the waterfront Florida home which an had amazing scenery and very spacious for our family, they also had bikes, fishing off the deck and game boards for the kiddos to be entertained. Also, the rental home provided beach chairs and towels to use for our outting to Clearwater Beach. Everyone, All the adults, kids and the 2-dogs had a fantastic time while we were there. Would highly recommend renting and would definitely rent with them again. ONLY feedback I would give is to maybe have the outdoor plugs in the lanai area checked out to be fixed, trying to charge cell phone outside but they were not working. Also, maybe provide typed up simple directions in how to turn on TV in the master bedroom connected to the lanai and waterfront and place in a clear cover sheet to know how to turn on and place on specific source input. Thank you again Sophia from Evolve and Vrbo for a wonderful experience :) Our family Florida trip in April this pass weekend was amazing and your rental home with 4-bathrooms, nice size kitchen and seeing dolphin sighting in the water canal was a bonus which especially made our trip memorable one. Summary: Lots of room to spread out. Enjoyed the deck, lanai, and kayaking. Areas for improvement: Bicycles are older and needed some work. Beach chairs were bent and couldn’t be used. Mattresses were not very comfortable and the two folding chairs were wobbly. Overall, we still had an enjoyable time.

Summary: This home was perfect. 4 couples each having their own bedroom and bathroom made this a very easy way to get ready and go. Everything we needed was there....only had to get food, drinks and some paper products just like they said. The furniture was all very good quality and comfortable...much better then you would find at a hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to definitely return.

Summary: My wife, son, daughter in law and granddaughter we in town for my mom's 90th birthday. The house was just perfect for us. The rooms were spacious and there was plenty of room for all of us in the living room. The beds were comfy as well as the furniture. The house is fully stocked with dinnerware cutlery and utensils. The main attraction for us was the back deck and dock. We spent a lot of time out there enjoying the wonderful scenery. If you need any supplies, groceries, etc., Publix is less than 2 miles away. Obviously, Tarpon Springs is a must if you haven't ever been. The Greek history and heritage is proudly on display. Sophia was fantastic and was very responsive to my questions. We will definitely be back when we need a place to stay.
