Negative: The deadbolt was not properly programmed so the single Schlage button would unlock it and a ten digit number had to be entered to lock it. The carpet needs to be tightened so much so that some of the bedroom doors get bought on it.
Summary: Great location with a fantastic view but the home needs some detail work.

Negative: Lock boxes did not work. Lawn was dried up. Driveway was cracked. It needed to be cleared of leaves. Lock box code and wifi password were incorrect as sent by the company. We spent a couple of hours rectifying this. We were offered a late checkout but had to pay for it so we declined. We felt we were being nickled and dimed.
Summary: Comfortable but a lot of annoyances.

Negative: The bathrooms Were not clean. We had someone else's Hair all over our bathtub and sink. They sent someone Out to clean it but the wrong one was cleaned. When I let them know i never heard from them again. I was very didappointed
