Our condo and parking lot is inside a secured gate which you will have access to. The front door has a number code lock for ease of coming and going without keys
Our unit is located on the ground level right out from the gated heated salt water pool with a large grassed area off the back deck
The pool generally opens mid May/May long weekend until the end of September weather dependant

Summary: First time using VRBO and found it seamless and easy. The property owners were a delight to "chat" with prior to trip, and a few days before our arrival, I was sent the full address, info on parking, codes for gates, door etc. There was nice bottle of wine and welcome card to greet us. Will definately return next year! The salt water pool was so enjoyable and access to KVR trail right outside the property.

Summary: The hosts are very friendly and responded in a very timely manner to our questions. The condo kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. We loved the location near the Kettle Valley Railway trail … we did many scenic walks on the trail. Okanagan Falls is conveniently located and from there it is very easy to visit other cities and towns as well as numerous wineries. We hope to return to this location next winter!

Summary: Overall this condo is a great space to enjoy while in the Penticton area. It was well stocked with amenities including beach toys and games. Also, we were very impressed with the owners in that they reached out to us mid stay to ensure the provided supplies were not running out. Only concern would be that the king bed is actually two doubles pushed together leaving a rather uncomfortable section in the middle. Would stay here again in the future.
