Located minutes from Gulf Coast Town Center, Hertz Arena, RSW airport and Coconut Point Hyatt Resort and Mall. Day passes to the Hyatt can be purchased separately to enjoy their wonderful pools, lazy river, pool side drinks and more! This fabulous home is furnished with top of the line amenities throughout, and is perfect for couples or families with its spacious living areas. You can't beat the premier location! You will enjoy Gulf access and beautiful sunsets.
In addition to the open concept family room, dining area and kitchen, the main floor features a king-sized suite with full bathroom and walk-in shower, a bedroom with two twins beds and attached full bath, and an office desk/chair. Enjoy gulf views from the top floor master suite with king bed and ensuite with walk in shower and walkout balcony. The lower level offers a sitting area and a bedroom with full over full bunkbeds and pull out twin trundle, as well as a Queen Sleeper Sofa. A garage with washer and dryer, and a large seating area that leads way to large lanai, heated pool, and gas grille. When you are tired of the sand of the beach, come back for an afternoon at your own pool with loungers!
We have a Blink doorbell facing the entryway, one security camera facing the driveway, and one facing the canal and boat hoist, these are all motion activated and outdoor only.
The Boat Hoist is NOT available for Guest Use.
We have added the following fishing poles and tackle, four bicycles for use, an EV Tesla Charger, as well as an iron and clothing steamer.

Summary: I chose this property due to the proximity of the Hyatt Coconut Point as my son was married there during our stay. The house was perfect in every way! The property was very clean, comfortable and provided us with a wonderful gathering place for our family. The pool was ideal for our young grandchildren. I appreciated the abundance of towels and pool toys. The beach chairs and sand toys made for a fun day at the beach as well. There was an AC problem (things like that happen) when we first arrived and I greatly appreciated how quickly the homeowner responded, got it fixed and followed up. If you are looking for something to do, I would highly recommend a day pass to the Hyatt water resort.

Summary: We stayed on this property for my daughter's graduation from college in fort myers .. the property was beautiful, and location was perfect for what we needed and more than enough room for our entire family to be there. The property is well maintained and great location to all things . I would definitely recommend this property

Summary: We found this property be very nice. The kitchen is well equipped and beds are comfortable. The pool area is fantastic. Some of the furniture could be replaced, but overall it was very nice and well kept. We did have an issue of our own causing and the host was very responsive. Not for folks of advanced aging…..Many steps.

Summary: The property was lovely - eight women all in our mid-50s. The hosts were absolutely fantastic to deal with! Many questions answered before and during our stay. There is no restroom on the lower level / pool level and 4th bedroom. If you have an issue with stairs this may be an issue

Summary: My husband and I have 3 daughters (10, 17, and 19) and one brought a boyfriend. So we had 6 people total and there was plenty of sleeping and hanging out space for everyone. The house was super clean and well built. Nice finishes, great bathrooms, and awesome kitchen. The outdoor space was great. Two amazing decks on both floors and the pool area. Plenty of seating and spaces to visit or be alone. The only issue we had was the pool heater wasn’t working initially, but we contacted the owner directly and she got someone out as quick as she could to get it fixed. Once they got it working, the pool was perfect! We could heat it to our preferred temperature and the colored lighting at night was so fun! Overall an amazing home and we’d definitely go again.

Summary: This beautiful home was exactly as-advertised. It was clean & spacious. We loved the two screened patios & spent a lot of time in the pool. The two submerged chairs & umbrella was a great way to enjoy the amenity but also get some time out of the sun. Everyone in our small group agreed that we'd love to rent this gorgeous home again!!
