Summary: The whole rental process was smooth and easy. This is our first time staying bayside and we’ll definitely be continuing that practice. It’s lovely, quiet and the sunsets are beautiful. The house was perfect with big rooms, an open air modern kitchen and a fun pool. It could not have been nicer. Our small dogs were in heaven as they lounged by the pool all day. We were only sad that we didn’t have more time at this relaxing locale.

Summary: This property was exactly what our family was looking for in years past. As a family with 3 dogs, it is hard to find the ideal rental that allows the furry members of our family as well. This house fit the bill to a T! Amazing waterfront view, fenced in yard, heated pool, private access to kayak beach/bay AND plenty of room to spread out! Just a short walk to the beach, but I assure you, with the bay and the heated pool right at the house, you may find it hard to even leave ; ) Can't wait to be back next year!

Summary: We love spending our vacation in homes with ocean or bay view and access. This home provides both...beautiful deck with pool overlooking the bay! My husband uses a wheelchair, and this is THE MOST ACCESSIBLE home we have ever rented! The house is large and accommodated our family and friends who visited. We hope to return again next year! We have 2 Labradors and love the area....and this home was very well suited for all our needs!

Summary: Cannot say enough about this home. Pack your clothes and the house provides everything else. The owner has your comfort in mind with all his properties have to offer. From towels, sheets, blankets, and pillows to garbage bags, laundry detergent and a kitchen that you can prepare a holiday dinner in. For such a spacious home everything is very convenient. Enough baths for all the bedrooms and a large dining table to seat the whole family. The view is spectacular, the Lighthouse is perfectly framed in every window and sliding glass door on the bay side of the house. The quiet cul-d-sac is perfect for an evening stroll to take in the the beautiful sunset. We have been renting this home for four years now and consider it our home away from home.

Summary: This is a great house for a getaway vacation at the beach. Thrilled to have finally found a special place and I have been renting on the island for years. Five spacious bedrooms and a beautiful large bathroom with walk-in shower as an extra bonus off the kitchen along with private bathrooms for other bedrooms. Large enough house to share with friends or family. The view off the back of the house is stunning with an unparalleled view of the light house and bay. Open floor plan with everything arranged to take in a sunset. The decking and pool are and added surprise with the pool perfectly heated in the off season and clean. The linen service is provided by LBI Dreamakers and they will come directly out if you have a problem. http://www.lbidreammakers.com/Linen-Service.html The landlord is a phone call away and has other houses on the Island which are just as special. He will drop by if needed and makes every effort to make sure that you enjoy his properties. Everything in the house is either beautifully crafted period furniture or modern, clean and new. Aesthetically appointed rooms throughout. The house has two floors and privacy surrounds. WiFi and internet no problem but who needs it when relaxing. Check it out. I will be returning each year. Worth the price and great off season.
