Nestled adjacent to Goose Island State Park, this waterfront home offers a new-build oasis for occasions of all kinds! This immaculate two-story home boasts an open layout with soaring ceilings, sparkling white walls and accents, and wood floors. Stroll down the 500-foot fishing pier where you can drop a line and easily catch your limit of trout, redfish, drum, or flounder. The pier is illuminated at night and outfitted with green underwater lights to attract the fish.
A convenient cleaning station allows you to clean and prepare your catch and take it home for dinner. For kayak fishing, just use the lift to lower one of the complimentary kayaks into the water and you’re off. For a relaxing afternoon, stroll down to the private two-acre park and recline in one of the numerous hammocks under the shade of giant palms. If you’re entertaining family and friends, be sure to take advantage of the covered pavilion outfitted with lush landscaping and an outdoor kitchen.
When you are not enjoying fabulous Bay views from the covered patio, kick your feet up on the plush furnishings in the living area, fitted with a smart TV and sofabed. The chef in the group will appreciate the suite of stainless steel appliances and ample cookware to create favorite recipes for the group. Upstairs, find two luxe suites and a second living area with a smart TV and sofabed. A half bath and laundry room offer add convenience.
Amenities for your enjoyment include a 2.1-mile community boardwalk, a firepit, a fishing dock, a hammock park with an outdoor kitchen and gas grills, a bayfront pool, a bayfront pier, and kayaks (must remain at the pier).
THINGS TO KNOW
Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. Additional parking information
Parking is limited in the Reserve. The driveway will accommodate one vehicle. Overflow parking is in the center of the Villas. Do not park boats or trailers by the pool area or in the streets; all boat trailers must be parked in the driveways. No street parking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Summary: This property is a MUST stay! My Wife and I have stayed at multiple houses within The Reserve but the view from the 2nd floor balcony is simply beautiful!

Summary: I would stay here again and again beautiful townhome.The view the newness of the property all good.The only reason I won’t give it a perfect score is the presence of ants and roaches in the kitchen consistently every day and the lack of parking space due to the garage being used by a golf cart.

Summary: This is a pleasant and peaceful get-away! The view of the bay is so relaxing. We saw lots of birds and also saw dolphins very close by! Restaurants and shopping opportunities in Rockport are only a short drive away. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Summary: We wanted Rockport area accommodations for two. This choice was a bit further than we originally planned, but we're so glad we chose it! The bay views are wonderful and peaceful. We woke up each morning to watch dolphins feeding right out in front of the neighboring townhome...no binoculars needed! The house itself was bright and airy and provided a great home base for our mother-daughter getaway. Just a couple of suggestions: the towels and bed linens were very abrasive, and the single-ply toilet paper and paper towels made it feel less like a vrbo and more like a chain hotel. Additionally, the temperature gauge for the thermostat must be downstairs, because were could not get cool upstairs with the a/c set at 72 (even my daughter who is *always* cold). These two issues were minor and likely wouldn't deter us from coming back to this vrbo, we would just prepare a bit better.
