Welcome to my waterfront oasis, a very charming, clean and comfortable home. The views are spectacular and by far the best feature.
Furnishings are vintage and simple, Mattresses are brand new.
You enter on the ground floor into an open kitchen living room dining area with double french doors that open to your private waterfront deck, just 10 feet from the water. You have full use of the property, deck and yard. Bring your fishing pole or use our crab traps.
Upstairs is 2 bedrooms and full bathroom, The master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed.
The property is fully furnished with all appliances, towels and linens and full kitchen with oven and microwave.
Living room has 50" flat screen and wood fireplace.
Your deck outside has table, chairs, shade sail, fire pit and chairs
Sit back and watch the sunset, relax, sip your favorite beverage while making S'mores in the fire or just gazing at the stars and moon.

Summary: Cozy property with stunning views. Yes, it is older but it worked for our needs since my family and I was out of the house for most of the stay. Very close to grocery and other stores for essential needs. Good location!

Summary: Excellent 3 night stay. Mike and Jeanie were fantastic communicators. The house was set in a picture perfect location. The view out the back was beautiful. Quiet neighborhood. Would come back next time for sure!

Summary: When you enter the property, you are in the kitchen area. It’s very nice. The family room in the rear of the first floor is spacious. The patio located by the lagoon is comfy although the cushions could be cleaned or upgraded. The stairs to the second floor or steep so hold on. Upstairs needs some attention to paint and cleaning. Some of the repairs were poorly done. They need to be made more appealing to the eye. Cleaning of the woodwork needs to be done. The bedding, especially mattress pads need to be addressed.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The house is comfy/cozy. The decorations are very fun and sitting in the back with the water was perfect. It’s clear the photos of this listing were taken awhile back and the current condition of the house is not the same but most were cosmetic issues anyways.

Summary: Beds are butter. Sheets are like clouds. Amazing. Michael, the LL, was amazing. Jeannie, the PM, was amazing. The outside area was amazing. Sand under your toes, fire pits, gorgeous flowers and amazing view of the sunset. Kitchen was well supplied with utensils, dishes, glasses, etc., but bring TP, Paper Towels. I am already looking to book for next year, for both cottages so my kids/grandkids can have the big house, and I can have a peaceful night in the little one! I highly recommend this property.
