150 feet of waterfront with a U-shaped dock / patio (no boats, please). Enjoy breakfast on the dock with the rising sun or end a relaxing vacation day with island and mountain views.
This well kept home features: two beautiful patios, one at the main house over the entire length of the house and one at the studio. Plenty of outdoor seating (chairs and chaises) and a table down by the large dock for al fresco dining.
The kitchen is well equipped for cooking or baking. The dining room table seats 6 with an additional folding table seating 4.
Open concept dining and living room featuring floor to ceiling windows. Magnificent lake views from almost everywhere on the property.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 first bedroom king bed with large on suite bathroom, tub and shower, an office. On the same floor is a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a shower.
The first floor has a bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom with shower.
There is also a private studio with 2 twin sleeper sofas and armoire.
The detached garage cannot be rented.

Summary: Beautiful property in quiet cove excellent for water sports. Home was spotless! Kitchen has just what u need to prepare meals. The bedrooms have plenty of space and beds are super comfortable and new. We all enjoyed our trip on the lake making memories. We thank Annette for being a wonderful host and answering all our questions. We highly recommend this beautiful home on our favorite lake.

Summary: This home is an absolute gem! It had everything we needed for 2 teenage boys, 2 parents, and a beagle. We cooked at home every day, had easy access to the water for kayaking, and were within a half hour of supermarkets and downtown Wolfeborough. The views were stunning, the surroundings were pure serenity. The host and her husband were lovely, very responsive, and tended to an issue with a smoke detector immediately. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Summary: This is a beautiful property on a wonderful bay area of Lake Winnipesaukee. The views from the house are stunning and the sliding patio doors allow you to enjoy the lake breeze even while indoors. The gazebo room was such a lovely space to relax in. We loved the puzzles and games provided at the home. Property owners were responsive to any questions we had. It was also really nice that this was a pet-friendly home as our pup had a lovely time too!

Summary: A beautiful home with a fantastic waterfront on a shallow and quiet part of the lake. Very comfortable for our group of 6 adults…the “studio” would really only work for sleeping space for kids (would make a great bedroom if a bed was added). Well-equipped kitchen and nice furniture. Very convenient to the town of Wolfeboro. Owners were very pleasant. A great week.

Summary: Everything from the initial booking through our departure was absolutely incredible. The property owner was very attentive and answered every question we had, but did it in a way that was warm, while allowing for space. She was amazing. The property was even better than the listing and everything was updated and solid. There wasn’t anything that we needed, once there, because the place was fully equipped. This really is an exceptional property in what we think is the most ideal location on the lake. We highly recommend trying this place out, if you can. You won’t be disappointed.

Summary: My family and I absolutely loved this property. It was right on the lake with gorgeous views. This section of lake we were in was quieter than some of the other sections of the lake and it really was a serene place to enjoy some quality time with family and friends. A short drive into the quaint town of wolfeboro where there is lots to do and see. The property owner was amazing, attentive and really cared about our stay. We'd stay here again 100%.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in this large and well laid out living space. If you are looking for a rental on Lake Winnipisaukee you would do well to choose this house, which can very comfortably house six people. Unfortunately, kayak rentals were difficult to come by during this busy end of summer time and so plan ahead if you stay this time of year. We wish the owners provided them but hopefully that will change in the future. We found the owner a delight to deal with and wish her much success with her property.

Summary: We just got back from a week's stay at this home, and we are already missing it. The owners recently bought this property, and I think we were the first renters (which can always be a risk). Well, there was nothing to be worried about. The owners thought of every detail from providing new puzzles in the gazebo (my "puzzle room") to supplying luxuriously plush towels, to having cold beer waiting for us in the refrigerator when we arrived. The layout of the house is great; the master bedroom has a gorgeous vaulted ceiling and an exquisite view of the lake (as does its adjoining office). The kitchen is very well equipped. Everything is so clean (maybe the advantage of being the first renters)! And the location is amazing -- right on Lake Winnipesauke but on a beautiful bay that is calm enough for paddle boarding and kayaking but also is accessible for boats and jet skis. Many evenings, we kayaked out to watch the exquisite sunset. Wolfeboro, an adorable town about 15 minutes away, has cute restaurants, a grocery store, and lots of yummy ice cream places. Be advised that the house doesn't come with any boats or lake equipment. We had to bring/rent our own kayaks, paddleboard, and life jackets -- that was the only thing we would change about this home. Honestly this was one of the best vacation homes we've ever rented.
