This 5 bedroom home can sleep 10 or a few more. Great for 2 families and has an open kitchen / family room floor plan. 3 Bedrooms up and 2 bedrooms down. Large grassy back yard and large covered patio. Lower open deck level has a natural gas fire pit to sit around and enjoy the starry Osoyoos evenings. The home has undergone a major refresh in 2015 with new dark hardwood flooring, kitchen cabinets and plumbing and furniture for the open spaces of the home and the bedrooms. Features of the home include brand new kitchen with all stainless appliances including hood fan microwave and water/ice fridge and large sit up counter height bar. Kitchen and all bathrooms are granite with the latest plumbing. The family room is the place to hang out with a large leather sectional couch and a 60 inch flat screen wall mounted TV above a 8 ft wide fireplace. WiFi is included throughout the home. Upstairs you will find 2 queen bedrooms and a master with a brand new en-suite bathroom and a king bed over looking the lake through a massive 10 ft wide window. The master also includes a wall mounted flat screen TV. The 2 queen rooms share a brand new washroom also on the main floor. Heading downstairs is 2 bedrooms and another family room also with a 60 inch wall hung TV. There is 2 couches in the family room. The 2 bedrooms share a brand new bathroom. All bathrooms have tubs or showers. The downstairs is also where you will find a small kitchen off the grassy back yard and a laundry room. The large 2 level back deck you will find a BBQ and eating area up and down below the fire pit. There is plenty of parking for cars and a boat trailer. The home is blocks away from a free boat launch that you will find at the far south end of Lake shore Drive. Please ask for details about the shared private dock and owner bungalow on the property as the property owner keeps their boats on the same dock and uses the bungalow. The owners stay at Walton's campground across the road from the property and are typically close by to help with any concerns.
