Located in New Seabury in Mashpee, MA with water views and 4+ bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Property is located in the prestigious New Seabury neighborhood with access to the shops, restaurants, and entertainment at the Poponnessett Marketplace. South Cape Beach & Mashpee Commons are nearby. The living room has a spacious feel with a cathedral ceiling, and is open to the dining room. The kitchen has everything you will need to prep/ cook. Deck overlooks Ockway Bay and beyond. Our spot is the deck!

Summary: Had an amazing time at a secluded beautiful home near Falmouth. Extremely clean and even more beds than stated in the listing. Great price and would definitely rent again!

Summary: We loved our Mashpee vacation, and would 1000% recommend this to anyone. The back deck was absolutely perfect, and the view is immaculate. The location is great too, direct access to really fun beaches and activities, while also being accessible to Boston. As with any property there were a few minor drawbacks that could certainly be worked on. The Televisions (Which for our purposes we barely used) are extremely outdated, and the basement one even overheated a bit producing a rough smell. The basement as well as the upstairs shower are not for larger people. I hit my head several times, and barely fit into the shower. That being said, for the normal sized individuals in our party it was fine. The Beds are a bit overfirm, but by the end I actually grew to love it. I write this all just to provide a little bit of diversity in experience, all in all we had a wonderful time Ultimately this waterfront home was an absolute gem and we will 100% consider staying again.

Summary: Our family stayed in this lovely home for a wedding in Popponesset. Beautiful back porch and lots of bedrooms. Very comfortable for large families. Walking distance to New Seabury marina.

Summary: Excellent home! Very well decorated and extremely clean. Nice location and close to golf courses and restaurants. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. Hope to stay here again next year! Thank you

Summary: We loved our stay. We were surprised to find more bedrooms than in the listing. The bed configuration is not accurate (no room with a queen and a bunk bed) but it worked out great. Nichole was super responsive when we had some electrical issues following a storm/power outage. There is no water access from the house, so the”waterfront” listing is a little misleading. But the view of Ockway Bay from the house is fabulous.
