This peaceful home rests on nearly and acre of lush lawn with a private dock on the river. Gourmet kitchen with accommodating separate refrigerator and freezer and two dishwashers. Wonderful space for outdoor games, barbecuing and sunbathing. Downstairs has a large game room,TV room, air hockey and foosball. Upstairs there is a large comfortably furnished TV room with incredible views of the water and mountains. Just North of Lincoln Rock State Park where you can put your boat or jet skis in the water,
Completely updated kitchen with two dishwashers, granite countertops, slate flooring throughout, larger showers in bathrooms. 5 king beds, and two pull out sofas in the second family room.
Plenty of room for your family: 5 bedroom, 3 bath, dining room, family room and game room. The master bedroom has a full sofa bed. A downstairs bedroom with a queen bed, also has a futon sofa and the downstairs living room is equipped with two Costco sofa beds whose foot pulls out to make a large, flat sleeping space. Lots of fun to be had on the river, centrally located near Golfing resorts, Lake Chelan, Leavenworth and Mission Ridge.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. Some of our favorite things about this rental: big house with plenty of room for everyone, nice deck with fabulous outdoor furniture, private dock with room for all your toys and of course the beautiful view of the lake with Turtle Rock. Some small things for room for improvement: earlier check in/later check out time, cleanliness (we found items such as a can, dirty sock and crumbs), lack of shade by dock (perhaps install a gazebo) and so many goose droppings in the yard. Overall, we had a great time!

Summary: Shannon's place was absolutely perfect for a getaway with friends. Exactly as advertised, and better! The views are so much better in person. The kitchen is enormous with plenty of room for cooking. The fridge/freezer can easily store enough food for 10 people for a week. The beds are extremely comfortable and the yard is enormous - plenty of room for activities. 10/10 would recommend, and visit again!

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay over the holidays. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. Plenty of additional bedding is available for sofas and pullout beds. There was quite a bit of dust in the downstairs family room and closets, but the main living areas of the house were very clean. Shannon was easy to communicate with. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Summary: Excellent property, close to the state park and boat ramp. Lots of local parks and this to do on the water while also being close to town. Nice calm section of the Columbia, amazing dock and outdoor space on the water. Lake Entiat is about 40 miles long and an easy boat ride to cover the whole length. Lots of parking and space even with a boat trailer. House is laid out well for families. Everyone in our family enjoyed this location.

Summary: The house was perfect for our group of 8 adults and one 3 year-old. Very useable space, awesome yard and dock. Favorite times included sitting on the deck, star gazing and enjoying the dock. The huge fridge and two dishwashers were AWESOME! What a difference when you have 8 adults who like to cook. Beds and deck furniture were very comfortable. A much quieter part of the river than we expected--great for paddle boarding. We would definitely come again.

Summary: We love staying in this area and this is a property we stay at when we need a big house. It is large with plenty of space for a big group. Bring lawn games and water toys. Your boat can stay tied up to the dock safely no matter how low they drop the lake. The house is set up for big crowds, huge fridge and freezer, 2 dishwashers, lots of seating, lots of plates and tableware, and almost enough cereal bowls. We like the big fridge because a real grocery store is 20 minutes away, so we try to bring everything we need. Every bed is a king bed! The kitchen dishes are a bit picked over (probably due to previous renters) with lots of one thing but none of another but we found enough of everything to make what we wanted, and were happy to find pretty good pans, electric griddle, colanders, and a wide range of knives. Bring a hairdryer, conditioner, and beach towels if you like those things. We had a great time! The host was fantastic and very quick to respond.

Summary: When we got to the property we noticed it had not been cleaned and there was no bedding or towels and there was no electricity the storm had knocked out power in the area well 1 single call to the owner and she was on top of it calling power company calling the cleaners to bring us bedding and sheets made everybody's bed that very same hour she even offered a refund for the first day because of the situation of the house being a mess Shannon never once ignored my calls or texts and did everything in her power to accommodate everybody the power came back same day and the cleaners showed up again thr very next morning and cleaned all the bathrooms and re stocked everything would Def stay here again ty Shannon the property was very peaceful and beautiful

Summary: We needed a place to host the family during a celebration of life for my sister. Shannon was so gracious and helpful. The house was beyond perfect for our needs. The views were beautiful; and the house was comfortable and well appointed. Even though it was too cold to swim, it would be perfect for a summer vacation. It was a bit out of the way (which is what we wanted) but still close to everything. We will try to rent this beautiful home again next time we gather in Wenatchee.
