Summary: The house is perfectly situated on the water, and it gave us so much joy all week. Sitting outside, jumping in the water, grilling. We felt really lucky, because you never know online. It was awesome.

Summary: House was fantastic and owners personal touches were evident. However, Vacasa itself was terrible, filled with bureaucracy and red tape to get simple staples, like additional toilet paper.

Summary: The house on Oak Bluff Road will be one of our favorites. Wonderful location and easy to get to for all of our family. The property is on a tranquil creek in the midst of a family community. Very nice neighbors, all of whom said hello and left us to our privacy. Daily visits by osprey, ducks, fox, and a beaver who made nightly runs for building materials from the tall grass that was in front of the house. Lots to do in the area and lots of relaxation on a beautiful porch/patio facing the water. Some problems with air conditioning in the house, which the manager addressed with in window units at first until the maintenance team could fix the unit. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and would readily recommend Oak Bluff

Summary: We enjoyed the house, deck, and dock very much. We also enjoyed kayaking in the cove and the South River. We enjoyed biking while there. Sunsets were lovely and the house was convenient to visit Washington DC. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Summary: A lovely, comfortable home with plenty of parking. Sleeping for 10 along with 3 full baths fit our needs perfectly. In bad weather, the common areas would have been a tight fit, but the large deck with abundant seating and the gorgeous waterfront view made for a great weekend. Everyone enjoyed the house and the time spent there, although most thought the mattresses were a bit too soft. The only other point of friction came from the owners` sign requesting that the outdoor lighting always remain on. This was a problem for those trying to sleep on that side of the home. A quick call, however, to At Home - Annapolis resolved the issue. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Katie @ At Home. She was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated how quickly she always responded to our inquiries This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
