Welcome to the beautiful waterfront community of Beach Haven West. SLEEPS EIGHT. Thousands of homes built directly across the bay from Long Beach Island NJ. This home is a beautiful, waterfront home located in the exclusive Eastpoint section and features reverse living at it’s best. Enjoy magnificent panoramic views of LBI, Atlantic City and Barnegat Bay from your own private dock, from the 1st Floor bedrooms and from the 2nd floor deck. The placement of the home affords the guest the best view of the famous sunsets over the bay as well as the best birdwatching in NJ. This home is on the main waterway access route for hundreds of boats from homes in the lagoons. That means that you can sit in the yard or on the beautiful second floor deck and watch hundreds of boats head to and from the bay. Whether you are enjoying cocktails on the deck during a sunset or having a barbeque dinner at the picnic area you are 20 feet from the endless parade of boats. They are so close you can almost reach out and touch them. Join the boats by bringing and tying up your own boat at the 45+ foot dock right in the backyard! This house is a boat lovers dream. You can invite your boat owner friends to tie up their own boats and have a drink or a burger. Then you can take the 3 minute ride to the bay or explore the many lagoons and beautiful waterfront homes throughout Beach Haven West. If you love to crab or fish, you can do it right off the dock in your own backyard.
The home itself features 4 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a great room with an open kitchen and eating area. It boasts 2 large bedrooms on the first floor: one features a queen size bed and another features 3 twin beds. There is also a TV Game Room with access to the backyard which can double as a bedroom depending on the guest needs. There is also a newly renovated full bathroom. Additionally, there is a utility room featuring a full size washer & dryer to meet the needs of people in a beach community who love outdoor activities.
The upper floor features a huge great room, an expansive deck with magnificent views, a new fully renovated bathroom with a rain shower and a recently updated kitchen. Additionally the upper floor features a beautiful bedroom with a king size bed and expansive windows showcasing the magnificent water views and beautiful sunsets. The property has parking for four cars. There are 4 flat screen televisions, High Speed Internet, WiFi, and a FOOZball cocktail table. Keurig Coffee maker, gas grill, outdoor shower and an outdoor covered eating area are just some of the amenities you will enjoy.
Just a short drive to some of the best beaches in NJ. A stones throw from Mud City CrabHouse and many other great restaurants and bars and about a 40 minute drive to Atlantic City nightlife. This home was fully rented the last two years. You will not be disappointed in any way if you rent this home for your next vacation!
Please note, this house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Occasionally people rent the house and invite groups of friends to either stay for the day or over night. This has resulted in the neighbors being forced to call the police. The police have at times forced everyone to immediately leave the house as it exceeds the townships maximum occupancy rate. You will then need to find another place to stay. So, if you think that you will be having large amounts of guests, you might want to get another house to avoid the possible disruption of your plans.

Summary: My fondest childhood memories include visits to my great grandparents house in Beach Haven West and while that house is no longer in the family renting this place was the perfect alternative, better in many reapects including the sunset views, great room and large dinner table. We hosted different members of my NJ family during the week, the perfect place to share the wonders of the Jersey shore with my California wife and son and create great new memories for all who spent time together.

Summary: We had a nice stay with my husband and our two children (4, 10) and my mother. The ducks and the swans were great greeters. We enjoyed watching the boats come in. It would not be safe to swim right off the dock in this home since it is on a major water way. The upstairs deck furniture could be improved. All in all, it was a nice stay.
