Summary: My Family and I had a great week! The house was everything we expected and more, The owner Keith made us feel right at home. We enjoyed cruising the canals in the boat that comes with the rental. There was plenty of outdoor tables, chairs & umbrellas for our family reunion we had and at night we lit the tiki lights and played games. Anything we could of possibly needed was provided from gas for the boat, propane for the bbq, citronella for the tiki's , coffee pods for the keurig , wood for the fire pit, a huge steam pot for crabs, a blender & even frosted mugs in the freezer. We will be booking again next year!

Summary: The property was very well appointed just show up with your clothes. The owner is well attended to the details. You could not ask for more. Grocery stores are close and and not mom and pops so you pay what you pay at home. The property owneriz really nice. Like really nice, will treat you like a family friend. Most likely like family but better. A nice family neighborhood great amenities will be back for as long as they own the property.

Summary: Exactly what we envisioned, this house was! Near everything that waa important to us. On a beautiful, clean lagoon/canal. Half hour from LBI beaches. Minutes from the bay. Pine Barrens State Parks right around the corner. Pretty little tow. Great places to eat. Friendly neighbors. The home was immaculate and cozy. Honestly, I could go on and on. The truth is, if u speak with Keith Spill, u can count on whatever he is telling you. Great Guy. And, no. I never met him before. Just from this experience, I say he is a great guy. Keith gave my family a great vacation. Period. And we will b back. Thanks Keith. You gave us what we really needed. Jeff Britland

Summary: I don't know what to rave about first since my family enjoyed this vacation so much! From the moment we walked in, I was enamored with the shuffle board and air hockey tables, nautical signs, a welcome gift left on the table, and FROSTY MUGS in the fridge! The good stuff is in the details and this house takes care of the details! The house was TRULY fully stocked--from a Keurig machine with my exact roast of coffee (and a coffee maker, too), to towels, to a washer and dryer that sent me home with NO LAUNDRY, to everything we needed for cooking, boating, crabbing, and having a bonfire. The ability to fish, check our crab traps, and float from our own personal dock was truly a luxury. My kids woke up in the morning and went outside (you guessed it--to the dock) and stayed out there roasting marshmallows at night. My husband took a few casts in the morning while I drank my coffee and enjoyed the view, and I took some at night while he grilled. My family spent half of our vacation just hanging on the dock. I already miss our sunset cruises and morning canoe rides through the canals. For those wanting a beach, too, there is Brant Beach in LBI, which has now proven to be our favorite beach in NJ with its turquoise water, clean beaches, bathrooms, and perfect waves. We also loved the Tuckerton Seaport Museum, and we spent much longer there than expected, and even went back a second time before we left. Everything we needed was also a five minute drive: Scott's Bait & Tackle for all of our bait needs, the Pine Cone, Too, for ice cream and games, Walmart for groceries, Wawa for gas, and Mystic Island Casino for delicious food! We will be back because we want to make more memories in Paradise!

Summary: My sister, girlfriends and I were looking for a girls weekend getaway and found this house by chance. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions and inquiries about the property and area before we decided what to do (we had some who just didn't bother to get back to us). We rented off season so Keith allowed us to check in early (and even offered us an extra night). This property is close to LBI and Atlantic City, but we stayed in the area because it such a neat little coastal town. The house is very clean, comfortable, and well stocked (very well stocked...extra toilet paper, coffee filters, kitchen sponges, soap, etc..). There are bikes and a boat to use but just sitting on the back deck is beautiful! We really enjoyed the fall weather. We were so happy about our stay, my friend said she wanted to rent the house in the summer with her family! Wonderful and comfortable house!! Thanks Keith!!

Summary: I would recommend this beautiful vacation home to everyone. The house is beautiful, linens were provided and a boat for fishing or crabbing. The owner was extremely nice and went out of his way to accommodate us. He had life vest for the boat for the children and made sure there was plenty of fuel for all of our boating needs. Also there were bikes in the garage for us to use along with air hockey and a shuffleboard table to keep the adults and children entertained.
