Summary: Much needed rest and lovely view. We liked the community as well, and felt safe out for a walk. I hesitate to draw too much attention to the area so it doesn't get swallowed up by some big resort or something..ew 😅😬 I'm a first timer to UP and dig it ✌️ impressed with the whole UP actually. will

Summary: This was our second time staying at the property which boasts amazing waterfront views in a quiet neighborhood setting, it is a great place for adults and children alike.

Summary: We are a family of 5 with three kids under 18.Pros: Awesome location on a quiet road facing Lake Michigan. Beautiful views with lots of glass windows/patio doors facing the lake. The house is loaded with extras throughout: games, towels, sheets, non-perishable food, toilet paper, etc. The owner representative is super responsive. All around it was a very well maintained home!!Cons: We stayed during the alewife fish die off. This is of course not in the control of the owners; however, the beach is littered with these dead fish causing a strong odor when outside and making it not terribly pleasant to swim/play in the sand. Also, the neighbors have two dogs that are not leashed up, so that was a bit disconcerting when they ran at us several times during our stay. Luckily the dogs seemed friendly and their owners called them back pretty quickly.

Summary: My wife and I and some friends came up over Memorial Day weekend and had a very good experience. We really enjoyed the views of Lake Michigan! The cabin had a good arrangement with three bedrooms as well as an open and spacious main room. We had several meals there and also enjoyed the back porch/deck. We also appreciated the cabin was dog friendly! The area is quiet and scenic, with a park and boat launch area within walking distance. We appreciated being on a side road where there was not much traffic. I will say the mosquitoes were quite plentiful, even in the yard by the cabin, although that is to be expected during spring in the Northwoods. Thank you!

Summary: Such a cozy and relaxing place to spend time in the U.P. Close enough to be able to day trip and sightsee local attractions with a relaxing home base to come back to; the beach and lake make this place a destination all its own without leaving the property. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful place to relax and recharge.
