Gorgeous Lakefront Lodge Winter/Summer Home in Lake Arrowhead! 4 bedrooms including a bunk room that’s great for all the kids. Purchased in September 2022 and lovingly renovated and restored. We’ve updated the property with brand new 2-story deck, new patio furniture, new first floor flooring, updated landscaping, added arcade & digital pinball machine (25+ tables), added mountain theme decor, added lawn swing by the lake, upgraded the WiFi to enterprise class with multiple access points (no dead spots and blazing fast for 75+ devices), upgraded all TVs to smart TVs with Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime.
This mid-century beauty is ideally located on the lake right next to a community beach and playground. In addition to its own private beach and lake access, it’s only a quick swim or kayak ride across the lake to the Island Pool complex, one of three heated pools in the community. 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms make this an ideal place for extended family get-togethers.
On the first floor is the kitchen, dining area, game room, 1.5 baths, 2 bedrooms and a laundry room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic cookware, stove, oven, and an over-the-range microwave. Our dining areas include 2 6’ tables with seating for 6 and even more tables and seating outside on the screened in porch and deck. The library and game room with its breathtaking view of the lake is the perfect hangout spot with pool table, beverage fridge, bar, a 55' LCD TV, a library of books, and board games. Arcade Legends Ultimate Pinball machine is set up for free play and includes over 25+ pinball tables and 100s+ of your all-time favorite and classic arcade games, including Mortal Kombat, Pac man, Mrs. Pac Man, Centipede, Asteroids, Street Fighter, X-Men, and many more.
Located on the second floor is the cozy living room that has a cathedral ceiling, a 65 ' LCD TV and a sliding door out onto the 2nd story deck that features gorgeous views of the lake, a propane fire, and tons of seating. Down the hall is another bathroom, a Sauna, a bunk room that can easily sleep 6+ kids and is great for families, and a massive primary bedroom and suite that has a sliding door out onto the deck and a huge 80’ LCD TV.
Our home sits on Lake Arrowhead, a private lake that permits fishing, swimming, and kayaking. We are right next to community beach #3 which has a swimming area, picnic tables, pavilion, boat launch, playground, and bathroom facilities. Tennis, Pickleball and Basketball Courts are available to use in the neighborhood along with 3 Outdoor pools, Playgrounds, 4 Beaches with snack shacks and more. Hike the beautiful trails of Hickory Run State Park and Austin Blakeslee Natural Area both just a few miles away. Come to Stagshead any time of the year and you’ll find a wide range of fun activities no matter your interests. Other local attractions include Pocono Raceway, historic Jim Thorpe, Aquatopia, Great Wolf Lodge, Kalahari Indoor Waterpark, Montage Ski Resort, and Split Rock resorts. Other activities nearby include snowmobiling, horseback riding, paintball, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, miniature golf, water parks, casino gambling, bowling, movie theater, multiple golf courses, and shopping.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was super clean and the owner provided linen service. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to make family dinners The game room with pool table, pinball machine and numerous board games was a hit with our entire family (6-67). Check in was super simple and the owner was available to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be booking this property again!

Summary: The house is exactly as described - clean, spacious, and very well maintained. We loved being right next door to the public beach area and spent plenty of time there. The house amenities also kept us busy, we played plenty of pool and went out on the kayaks, canoe, SUP daily. One of our more relaxing, family-togetherness trips ever!

Summary: We stayed at this property during the winter so did not have access to pools or beaches. BUT, we still had a great getaway. We took advantage of the house amenities such as the pool table and board games as well as went snow tubing. The house is great and within a gated community which we loved. The house itself is well laid out and had plenty of the every day things you need to be comfortable. (kitchen wares, etc.). We would absolutly stay again!

Summary: This is a great house for a family or a few families to stay and enjoy some lake life together! You can’t beat the location- right next to a park and beach, and it’s so quiet at night! We enjoyed the crisp mountain air and beautiful neighborhood. Mike, the host, was very responsive and helpful! We will definitely book this house again!

Summary: We loved our stay at Stagshead! We were a party of 3 with two dogs that had visitors on multiple days, including a wheelchair-bound father and two under ten. Plenty of space to eat, play, and sleep. Kitchen was stocked well and the playground is right next door. Would stay again!

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay!! The house was beautiful, spacious, clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals and feel right at home. The deck was absolutely perfect for relaxing with morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The billiard table was a hit with everyone as well, especially on a rainy day. Several in our group took advantage of the kayak, canoe and paddleboard many times during our stay. They all loved being out on the lake exploring. Mike was welcoming and answered any questions throughout our stay very fast. We would highly recommend this house to any group looking to get away and spend some time on a lake. We were sad to leave and can't wait to come back! Really awesome house!!

Summary: Terrific location for young children. Beautiful new deck. If you have a handicapped person with you, make sure they can walk comfortably using a walker. Not a good place for wheelchair access to bathroom or bedroom. The ramp is good, but each door has a high threshold.
