Summary: It is a nicely updated house, it is needing a little TLC as most short term rentals do after a while. It is clean, and is in a nice, quiet location. It needs to be a little better appointed such as hand towels and face/wash-clothes. A guide on how to use the TV and what channels are available in the instruction book would be nice. Overall it’s a nice home.

Summary: Decent place to stay. Address of place was written with a sharpie on mailbox and then scratched off and re-written with neighbor's address on it? Invest in some mailbox numbers would be good. Kitchen was great. View was great. Back double doors do not lock properly. AC not venting in master bath. Overall good place to stay. Clean.

Summary: Our first stay in Matlacha was amazing! This house was super cute and clean. We enjoyed the screen in back porch and the hot tub was a nice touch. Our favorite part was easy access in and out with our boat and the beautiful sunrise views over the water. Can’t wait to come back!

Summary: Exceeded our expectations, so beautiful. We were sitting on the dock fishing when my husband turned to me and said I nailed this location. Very cute area with old Florida vibes. House was spotless! Bed was very comfortable. Amazing sunrise and view! We will definitely be back.
