Positive: Beautiful view, quieter area, close to the pool, and right next to a beach access location
Negative: The number one thing that made me stop from giving another star is that the location of this place is very misleading. My family and I had never been to put in bay or middle bass island and when booking our vacation this year, this condo was on a recommended page of somewhere to stay on put in bay island! That is what made me click on it and then the page I booked the condo on even told me it was on put in bay. Even when I received this survey request, it still says middlebass condo on put in bay island. I included a screenshot. Thankfully my family and I are chill and were able to be grateful that we were even taking a vacation so we made sure to have a great time but this is extremely misleading to renters. I am not sure if this is how you rent your place for so much, saying it's on put in bay island or if this is a mistake but it does surely need to be fixed. Secondly, per the info provided, the website said it would come with a stocked kitchen which it did not. No sharp knives, no baking sheets to cook food on.
Summary: My family and I enjoyed our relaxing vacation.

Positive: The manager/owner was very prompt in answering any questions or concerns. The view was nice.
Negative: The furniture was very worn and not comfortable. No TV in bedroom. Bathroom only had one little lightbulb working. When we went to get the code/paper to the apartment, we had to wait 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. Also, if you are not familiar with the islands, do not mistake this for Put-In-Bay, it may have the title, but it is a different island and there is really nothing to do on Middle Bass. This was the most overpriced condo/apartment I have ever paid for what you get. I’ve had beachfront condos at Florida with all the amenities cheaper than this, and we went off season! Sorry, but I would not recommend.
Summary: Relaxing and pretty, but inconvenient and nothing to do.
