With direct access to the water you have endless opportunities for all water sports and activities right from either of the two docks. Head out on a scenic cruise with City Cruises (Ivy Lea port) or launch your own personal watercraft at the public dock, both are just a walk down the road.
Stepping into this cozy waterfront home you are greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior exhudes charm and character, with rustic wooden beams and large windows so you can soak up the beautiful views. The main floor houses the King primary suite with full bath and laundry. A well appointed kitchen is set up for all your cooking and entertaining needs with stainless steel appliances, quartz eat-up peninsula counter and an open living/dining area.
The second level features a large bedroom with one Queen and one Double bed and a 1/2 bath as well as a Juliette balcony offering more stunning views.
The outdoor space is expansive with a full deck for dining, motorized awning for those sunny days, as well as a propane fire pit and sitting area. The lower patio offers a great place for a sunset cocktail while you bbq. Head down the stairs to the waterfront and you'll find a wood buring fire pit and sitting area. The water is deep, clean and perfect for any water activity you desire.
This spot is only 10 minutes from Gananoque with quaint shops and restaurants.
The Ivy Lea Club is just a five minute drive down the road and is a lovely spot for an evening meal with scenic views as well as a great ice cream and coffee shop and lunch patio during the day.

Summary: We stayed at Marlene’s cottage for our anniversary and had a wonderful week. It’s on the perfect part of the river, the cottage is even more beautiful than it appears in the photos, and it was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Marlène went over and above what we would expect from a host, and took such good care of us that we did not want to leave.

Summary: We recently stayed at this waterfront cottage in Ivy Lea and were absolutely thrilled with our experience. The view was breathtaking, and the house itself was tastefully decorated. It was wonderful to start our vacation immediately without any hassle, as the kitchen and the entire house were incredibly well-equipped. We enjoyed using the fantastic barbecue and the lovely gas pit. Dining on the terrace in the evenings was even better than eating out at a restaurant. The bedroom featured a memory foam mattress, which was pure luxury. Every day, we were able to swim in the clear water right in front of the house. The drive to the house was always a pleasure, with beautiful houses lining the road. The City Cruise was just 600 meters away, allowing us to easily take a one-hour boat trip. Additionally, Gananoque and Kingston were within easy reach for shopping and exploring. Marlene gave us all the information we needed about recreational activities in the area. Overall, our stay was perfect, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable waterfront getaway.
