Welcome to our Beach House on Fresh water John's Pond!! Our home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom bathroom has steam shower, and the other bedroom has jet bath tub. 2 large High Definition TV's in living room and master bedroom. Have dinner on the deck or dock and watch the boats go by after a long day a fun in the sun
The Dock goes out to the water about 70 ft. and has a bench and fishing chair for all you fisherman. Wheelchair accessible to the water by way of wheelchair ramp.
So bring your own boat, waterskies, jet ski's, and paddle boards. Two Kayaks and a canoe are available and don't forget your bathing suit!
Stainless steel appliances, stainless steel gas grill, nice patio furniture, outdoor shower, chimera, cable and WIFI, professionally cleaned after each rental.
Six skylights and panoramic view of lake through two 16' sliders and one 8' slider in living bedroom and master bedroom ( no blinds]leading you to a 50' wrap around deck.
Our home is a short walk to John's Pond Plaza, Dunkin Donut's coffee, Dino's Family Pizza, The Wall Chinese food, and walking distance to Brick yard Market Place , Pizza Guyz, Stylish 10 Nail Salon, and the White lion bakery!

Summary: Beautiful well kept property on the water, clear swimming, kayaking, canoeing! Near the beach which we accessed on a few days. Mary was an excellent owner; available as needed. Would highly recommend!

Summary: Mary was so nice to work with and made our stay easy. She is a fellow dog lover who allowed our dogs- they loved hanging out on the deck. We loved waking up to the lovely view and having fun on the kayaks and just hanging out on the dock and in the water. We love to walk and were able to walk to a few places in the area right near the neighborhood. Thank you, Mary! We had a great vacation.

Summary: Mary and Fran’s house is large, clean and very comfortable. We loved the view from the deck in the morning with a cup of coffee and a book. The lake is very clean and great for swimming. There are beaches, shopping and restaurants nearby. This is an excellent location with friendly, responsive hosts.

Summary: Excellent house and location for fun vacation. Can play on the lake or great beach 10 min away (Old Silver). Restaurants in area just fair. Most people in area respectful of Covid-19 regulations .

Summary: We just spent a week 'social distancing' on John's Pond at Mary and Fran's house. We had a wonderful time. The house is big enough for a family of 4 adults. The view from the deck is amazing and the water is crystal clear and warm. The beaches are an easy drive and there are plenty of good restaurants close by. We had a great time. We will be back again!

Summary: This is an absolutely wonderful property! Mary greeted us on check-in and made us feel right at home. The house is beautiful. The view is amazing. And the fishing is incredible. Plus it’s so close to anything you might need or want to do. 5 stars all around!!

Summary: Perfect mix of luxury and character. Things like state of the art entertainment system, a steam sauna that works beautifully, even foosball table and waterbed! But also nice unique features. An outdoor chimenea fireplace, sky lights, a great dock perfect for swimming or relaxing, and little things you wouldn't think to request but make a big difference. AC/heat works fast; a margarita machine just for kicks! Somehow is both very private and quiet, but also only a few minutes from shopping center. Hosts are great, helpful and nice. Wonderful place we'll be back!
