True paradise in Northern Michigan, Clear Lake (Atlanta, MI). 4 bedrooms ,3 baths, sleeps 10. Perfect for a family gathering or a corporate retreat. Amazing property, newly renovated home with updated kitchen and baths, private dock, 20' inflatable water trampoline, lake front entertaining area, floating swimming platform, fire pit, paddle boards, screened porches, grill and much more. Nothing in the area compares to this property. Clear Lake is a 290 acre spring fed lake with crystal clear water, ideal for water sports and fishing. The shallow water and sandy beaches are perfect for the little ones, their is also access to over 70 miles of hiking trails if you are feeling adventurous. Just private enough to get away and busy enough to have a great time. Short drive from town, quick access to groceries and restaurants. The staircase that leads to the lake was finished Winter 2018. Pontoon boat also available for rent for an additional $500/week. NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED

Summary: Had an amazing time with family for the week. The lake is beautiful and absolutely loved the screened-in porch. Shared meals, visited, played games and relaxed within that screened-in porch area!!

Summary: It has almost been a year since we stayed but this place has my heart. We had rented this place for our family get away last year. We have always camped at Clear Lake State Park since our kids were babies and now they are teenagers almost adults. My nephew had a illness come upon him very quickly and he almost died. As he recovered he said he wanted to go back to Clear Lake again. So we found this house and rented it. In the mean time we found out my father has brain cancer. We wanted something easier. We were so excited to come and the kids were so excited to come. This place and the renters were nothing but wonderful. We absolutely hope to go back.

Summary: Our trip was absolutely wonderful! The house was clean very spacious and kitchen had amy appliance that you would need (even a waffle maker). The hosts Rick and Gay are very nice people!! Highly recommend this!!!

Summary: This is our third year vacationing at Clear Lake and it most definitely will not be our last. We LOVE this property, lake, and the hosts who are nothing short of amazing and overall wonderful people! The house is perfect for our families, always immaculate and beautiful! Not enough can be said about how we love vacationing here and how much we look forward to it every year. Already counting the weeks until we return in 2023. Summary: We LOVE staying at this property on Clear Lake! It is our second year vacationing here and we can't say enough about how wonderful the owner is, the property owner/managers (Gay and Rick) are the BEST, and the lake is amazing! It is the perfect location to enjoy the water, the quiet morning, the beautiful evenings, rain or sun. As it did last year out stay went by way too fast and we are already counting down the weeks until we can go back next summer. Looking forward to another family stay in 2022!

Summary: My family spent a week at your beautiful home and our beloved Clear Lake. It was the perfect setting to spend time with family, celebrate our mom/grandma/great grandma who passed away in January, and enjoy boating, swimming and relaxing. Your home was spacious, well equipped for our group of seven, cozy and everything we could have asked for or needed. The caretakers, Rick and Gaye, we lovely people who were available if we needed help or had questions but gave us our privacy as well. We could not have been happier with the accommodations and hope to return.
