4 Bedroom House in Mystic Island, Little Egg Harbor Township

Beautiful Mystic Island home located on the west side of Twin Lakes Blvd, a very short ride to the bay by boat via deep water lagoon in the rear of the home. With the stoned back yard complete with fire pit, you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views of the water, plus you have access to the outdoor covered bar and kayaks! Three nice sized bedrooms, full kitchen, dining area, living room and updated bath with whirlpool tub completes this Mystic Island dream house. The outdoor space features a covered bar which our guest can use responsibly, 6 brightly colored wooden chairs around the Hampton bay fire-pit, a swing chair , hammocks and a lounge chair.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, to make breakfast, lunch and dinner or if you prefer you can fire up the grill. Lounge chairs on the deck is a perfect spot to have coffee and enjoy the views.
Three bedrooms ( Room 1- Queen size, room 2 - full size, room 3 - twin bunk beds) 1 full bath with whirlpool tub. The living room has Netflix and a TV console with electric fireplace. There are board games, books and magazines in the coffee table.
NOTE: You will be renting the entire home. First level is your outdoor living space and bar entertainment area.
The home is sanitized and cleaned by a professional after each stay.
***Garbage goes out Sunday night (Blue Can) and recycle goes out Monday night (Green Can) I would appreciate it, if you're staying here on these days, to take the cans out to the street. Or you can take both cans out Sunday night. Thank you in advance!***

Summary: This property had a very cozy charm to it was the perfect weekend away spot with lots of options for food and the LBI under half hour drive away ! Definitely would come stay again next time with my kids possibly too!

Summary: Perfect for staying in and relaxing or spending time at the local beaches and crashing at night. It’s close a 20-30 minute drive to any hot spot beach you’d want to see but a peaceful retreat from crowds at night. The local beach is super clean and convenient. If you have small children it’s a calming into to beach waves then LBI. Host was friendly and communicated expectations and details. Highly recommend for families with small kids who are not looking to break the bank and like the comforts of a home feel. Affordable, safe and stocked with games!
