Beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Waterfront Home on the Anclote River located in Holiday Fl. Recently renovated with tile, laminate floors, and freshly painted throughout. This home has a fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless appliances and also includes granite counter tops. The Master bedroom has a King size bed and completely updated en suite bathroom. The second and thrid bedrooms have Queen Beds. All linens are provided to make this home turn-key ready and comfortable. The bathrooms have both been updated which include a large walk-in shower in the Master and the other is completed with a bathtub. Relax on the Patio by the SOLAR Heated Pool, or screened lanai after a day of fun in the Florida sun.
This Home is just a short distances to the world famous Sponge docks, the historic district of Tarpon Springs, Fred Howard Park, restaurants, and beaches. Roughly a 40min boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico from the home. The backyard is equiped with a BBQ grill and a Large Private Pool with beautiful views of the Anclote River. Relax around the pool watching fish jump out of the water as you watch the mesmerizing Florida Sunset. You may even be lucky enough to see Dolphins or Manatee's in the river. This Property is located less than 5 minutes from multiple shopping centers, Less than 20 minutes from stunning local beaches, 30 minutes from Countryside Mall, and 30 minutes from St Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) or 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport (TPA). Travel a short distance south to Clearwater Beach and Caladesi Island for Sea Shells and Beautiful Sunsets. Orlando Theme Parks are only 1 1/2-2 hours east from here. Are you into sports? In March attend Philadelphia Phillies, New York Yankees and Toronto Blue Jays Spring Training games just minutes away Or take a 40 minute ride into Tampa and see the Tampa Bay Lightning play hockey. Summary: We stayed there last year and loved it, this year there were screens broken on patio which are friend fixed as best as he could.. Also the skimmer was missing and pole was hanging, we went to Walmart and bought one, took it home since our friends have a pool. Our friends said there bed squeaks bad. Otherwise love the place and talking about coming again next year.

Summary: We had a wonderful week at this house! The house was very spacious and we loved that there were three spacious rooms with large beds and two bathrooms. We loved the screened in porch with small children and being able to sit in it at night. The pool was warm and beautiful, and we loved watching for dolphins, manatees and alligators from the pool and porch. We would definitely come back again!

Summary: We enjoyed our vacation, house was exactly what we expected, a little farther from the beach and where we normally go when in Florida. Town of Tarpon Springs is a nice little town, great Greek Restaurant. Would recommend staying here.

Summary: The house is as the pictures show. There is a screened in porch with table and chairs that we enjoyed morning coffee while we watched the fish jumping in the water behind the house. This house has the best equipped kitchen we have ever rented. Also there was very little we need to buy during our two week stay (hand soap, paper towels, kitchen soap etc) We enjoyed our two weeks and wish it could have been longer.

Summary: We went to visit family in nearby Tarpon Springs. It was the perfect spot to visit and get in a few sights. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is inviting and being on the water is the best.
