Summary: Good location, good view, good library but very dated furnishings, a few cockroaches and a bit over-priced. Price is worse for 2023 when prices double. We enjoyed our stay but will not return because of host’s reaction to problems. Very friendly until one has a problem. He then either ignored them or become angry as he did when asked why house did not have a toilet plunger.

Summary: Peg and Paul are great hosts. The property was everything it was advertised to be. The house was extremely clean and is located on a very quiet street, close to everything Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda. Hope to stay again.
