Summary: Beautiful place for our family of four (twin 11 year olds). Ana was very communicative throughout our stay. The property is very nicely appointed. There was also a welcome gift of snacks/water upon our arrival. Lots of small, personal touches which were noticed and appreciated. Thank you Ana!

Summary: This well appointed property is like being in an infinity pool in the living, dining, and kitchen area; the breathtaking views made us feel like time stood still! The neighborhood is quiet and great restaurants, shops, and stores were just a few minutes away. We joked during our stay that this beach house was so well appointed we could have hosted Thanksgiving, you won’t need to continuously wash dishes if your eating in. Ana was a pleasure and made out check-in and check-out process simple.

Summary: My family and I have traveled to so many beautiful places but this was special. The house is spectacular with everything you could possibly think of. The private beach is heavenly and so safe for kids. There are great restaurants close by but mostly we had takeout as the view from the dining room table is exquisite. Ana was always available ready to answer our questions and is so kind and thoughtful. This is a fabulous home in a fabulous location. We will be back to our happy place for sure.

Summary: Everything has been remodeled and the entire presence of this property is calm, relaxed and ready to meet the needs of a family looking to enjoy time together in the water, watching and listening to the waves filled with birds diving for fish and sailboats floating in the distance- even the smell of the flowers on the surrounding streets exudes a full presence of nature. I love everything about this house: simple, open, airy, beautiful decor, functional, everything you need including incredible morning coffee on the deck, a large open kitchen for cooking and eating together, comfy beds, beach towels, friendly neighbors on a quiet street, fish market and restaurant nearby, easy access to other areas near the cape. This definitely exceeded our expectations and we certainly hope to return!

Summary: Great seaside stay! Thoughtful, useful and high end decor -- so many fun details, could be featured in Coastal Living magazine. Large modern kitchen. Full size washer and dryer was very convenient. Super quiet during our stay both day and night so we could enjoy the sound of the waves. Ana is a very friendly and responsive host and we look forward to visiting again!

Summary: Everything about Ana’s house is exceptional in every way!! The location is fantastic, on a quiet street with just a few other houses and you have your own private beach just steps away from the back door. We spent most of our time just sitting on the deck or the Adirondack chairs in the yard just watching the waves roll in. The house is impeccable and tastefully decorated, with so many nice touches — the basket of snacks and coffee upon arrival, water and chocolate on the bedside tables, incredibly plush bedding and towels, hotel quality toiletries with the most amazing scent!! (I honestly checked the labels on more than a few items in the house so that I could try to find them to put in my own home!! Haha!) Check-in/out was seamless and Ana is a great communicator and very accommodating, she was so understanding when a travel hiccup unfortunately delayed our arrival by a full day, and she even encouraged us to stay past the normal check-out time to enjoy our last day since no one was checking in that day. This place is amazing and we definitely hope to come back again and again when we are fortunate enough to vacation at the Cape! Thank you for a lovely and relaxing weekend away!
