The Bay is popular for swimming, fishing and boating. Edgewater Beach House is located in the subdivision known as The Hebrides (thehebrides.ca). Available for guests is the clubhouse with in ground pool (only July 1st through Labour Day), par 3 golf course, tennis courts, mini putt, shuffle board and common spaces (COVID restrictions may apply - please inquire). There are bikes in the shed for you to use within the subdivision while taking advantage of the amenities. This property is spacious on the inside and out. The property offers many trees with a yard large enough to run and play with child swing set/slide. It's just a short walk (less than 1 minute) to the water's edge. It is located in a very desirable area of the North Shore.

Whether you choose to relax on the large outdoor decks or enjoy a favorite movie on the TV, Edgewater Beach House will easily provide all the comforts of a home away from home. The custom designed living area with vaulted ceiling provides plenty of seating and space for guests, which can be extended to the outdoor deck. The kitchen will satisfy your every need and will be well stocked for cooking and entertaining.
Edgewater Beach House has a large deck facing the water. This deck is partially enclosed with a gate for smaller children to run and play providing parents peace of mind. This property truly is an oasis for guests to relax and unwind. There is plenty of outdoor furniture available. There is also a wood burning outdoor fire pit. There are bag chairs for around the campfire or taking to the beach, a Weber BBQ for cooking and a wooden deck box full of beach toys for the little ones.
The main level consists of the well equipped kitchen with counter extension and seating for 4, open concept main living area with dining and additional seating for 8. On the main level, the master bedroom has a queen bed, an en-suite bath, closet space and patio doors to the outside deck. There is another queen bedroom with patio doors and private deck, double bedroom with patio doors and private deck, full bath and separate laundry area. Upstairs, the children will enjoy the large room containing 2 single beds (one is trundle) and one double bed. There is also a sectional for lounging and a TV. Also on the upper level is a second Master bedroom with King bed and en-suite. All bedrooms offer excellent furnishings & bedding.

There is a Welcome Binder at the property. The location is very close to everything for your convenience but just far enough away to enjoy the peacefulness and beauty of the area.
