Little Shore Lodge is the PERFECT way to escape.
A gorgeous, large waterfront home that’s spacious, clean, perfect for entertaining, and ideally located all 4 seasons of the year.
4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with an abundance of common space that accommodates up to 10 people.
A private beach, private dock, 2 large decks overlooking the water with a gas grill, kayaks, canoes, paddle board, fire pit, and lawn games while being located within beautiful Eidelweiss Village and proximal to all the activities and stores in the White Mountain Valley make this space the ideal escape, suitable for multiple families and large groups in every season.
Upstairs: Open floor plan... Living room with gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with whatever a seasoned cook may need, large kitchen table, screened-in porch, den/office with television, master bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom, another bedroom with a full bed and attached full bathroom. Large deck overlooking the water with a grill.
Downstairs: Large kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, and another kitchen table, a large living room with a television and that opens up to the hot tub and walk out deck, a bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom with a twin and a set of bunk beds, a full bathroom, and washer & dryer.
This beautiful home on quiet Pea Porridge Pond is nestled in the heart of the White Mountain Valley between the ski mountains and lake region. When you are not relaxing on your private beach or the 5 other beaches and parks in the neighborhood, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming, enjoying the wildlife, playing lawn games, shooting basketball, snow shoeing, ice fishing, and ice skating, there are endless activities in the vicinity. Check out the miles of breathtaking hiking trails, mountain biking & climbing areas. The town of Madison boasts the largest boulder in North America, 5 minutes from the house. Silver Lake with motorboat rentals is right down the road. Kayak or tube down the Saco River. Jump on the Kancamagus Highway or snow mobile highway easily accessed down the street. 5 miles from King Pine, 8 miles to Cranmore, 11 miles to Attitash, and within driving distance to Wildcat, Bretton Woods, and Loon Mountain. Story Land, Santa's Village, Pirate's Cove Mini Golf, and a number of activities for children are in the area. Right down the road from fabulous restaurants & cute storefronts, Conway Scenic Railway, Heritage House of NH, and Settler's Green Outlet Village. There is honestly something for everyone to make this getaway the vacation you deserve, no matter the time of year.

Summary: Little Shore Lodge was the perfect house for us. Plenty of space to spread out and have alone time in addition to having enough space to gather as a group. Lots of fun stuff for the kids too. Can’t wait to come back again.

Summary: Great location, loved being close to North Conway & loved being able to use the canoes & kayaks on the pond! Loved the water front property. Overall we had a good stay, basement a little musty smelling (dehumidifier might help), & just wished the floors were a bit cleaner when we arrived.

Summary: Rented for a weekend getaway with some friends. The place was perfect, and the hosts had little personal touches like a welcome sign and hand written lists of information on the fridge (such as places to eat, fun destinations, etc) We made use of the hot tub, the two different living rooms, as well as the porches. It was perfect place to stay for our trip floating down the Saco. 10/10 would recommend!

Summary: We had a great stay. The pond is lovely and the house very clean and comfortable. It stated there was a queen bed but we didn’t think it was a queen. The king bed room is great! We didn’t use the downstairs but you could certainly pack in another family downstairs. Lots of cooking materials in the kitchen. The pond community was busy, so if you’re looking for a quiet getaway then this may not be for you. Multiple kayaks are available, including kids sizes. Only disappointment was the dock wasn’t in and it was Memorial Day weekend.

Summary: Andrew & Michaela were phenomenal owners with communication, condition of property and amenities. Their attention to detail and all the little touches show great pride in ownership and customer experience. We had such a great stay and will hopefully stay again!

Summary: We don’t usually see snow at Christmas time, so we brought the family to New Hampshire to experience a white Christmas. The location of the home was perfect, there were so many amenities for the adults and teens. We ended up having a huge rain storm that lasted the whole day but with all the activities in the home we still had a fun time. We are definitely looking forward to going back and would recommend this home all.
