Summary: We live staying at this property. It was easy to check in and the house was amazing. The couch was super comfortable and all the beds were comfortable as well. The kitchen was perfect size and the pool and hot tube were amazing.

Summary: Property layout and number of living areas is great. Rooms were good size. The property was clean. Master bathroom nicely updated. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked and we liked that there were some pantry items. Communication with property manager was great. There is only one key and not a keypad to enter the property. This is inconvenient with people leaving or coming back at different times. Rugs and couch/couch pillows could use some refreshing. Rugs are dated (inside and out). The couches are comfortable but there are stains. Sitting area by the pool is not covered - just something to be aware of as it rains frequently and then there is no option to sit outside. Outside furniture is ok but given it gets wet frequently, sufficient. Pool chairs were fine. Area between pool and house could definitely use some power washing. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We booked the house for the 2nd time and for 2 weeks because we like the area (not neighborhood). The neighborhood is not that nice, but we know the area well. Yarila answered our messages always on time, she is a good comunicator. The house is pricy for what it offers. It is very nice decorated (sofa needs a deep cleaning), but the maintenance team is not very good. The pool floor was broken, the light on the grill too and nobody came to fix it therefore we fixed the light after a week waiting. The grill (BBQ) and oven (kitchen) were dirty. The cooking stove is completely scratched. The drain that is at the entrance of the lanai to the living room was clogged, a puddle formed and they did not come to unclog it. There is an iron but not an ironing board. The kitchen does not have dishware. Not a single salad bowl ( we used the kitchenaid plastic bowl for our salads. There isn´t a kitchenaid, only the plastic bowl), not a single coffe spoon (only tablespoons), not a single serving platter (only cookies baking trays for oven), no scissors and just 3 glasses for wine. Plates, forks, knives and tablespoons enough. This is a home for people who do not cook or for shorter stays, definitely not a house for 2 weeks. Summary: Enjoyed our stay in this quiet, well stocked home. Plenty of space, kids loved pool area and bird watching. Would definitely return. Manager was very accommodating and responsive. Great view out back. Highly recommend.

Summary: The house overall is beautiful. Oven did not heat. AC was not working. It was 80 degrees in the house when we arrived. At first we were told it would be the next day but we were traveling with 2 veterans with ptsd so they had a hvac company come out around midnight. It was worked on but we could only set ac to 72 so it wouldn’t stop running again. There were dirty towels in the basket in bedroom when we arrived and the shower curtain was moldy in master bathroom. Couch cushions were dirty also. We paid way to much of a cleaning fee and for this house for anything to be dirty or the problems we had.

Summary: This home was perfect! It is very obvious that the owners take pride in this property. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The house is more beautiful in person than what is reflected in the pictures. Everyone in my party of 7 enjoyed the pool and house. The open floorplan allowed everyone to have their own space. There are several places to sit down to enjoy a meal or just relax outside. We will definitely return to this home on our next visit to Tampa.

Summary: This house needs some maintenance. It is really clean, but the long term maintenance is not being done. There is mold and overgrown foliage in the pool area, all of the pool stuff is broken. The rugs need replaced, toilet paper holders etc. it looks like someone is doing a great job cleaning but the owner never visits. Rather than a code for entry everyone has to share one set of keys for the week. When I asked if we could use the lockbox the property manager suggested we leave the keys under the mat. One of our guests locked his keys in his car on Easter Sunday. We checked out on time and he sat on the porch and waited for AAA and she cussed me out at 1pm on Easter Sunday because he was sitting on the porch waiting. The house was vacant. I would not rent again.

Summary: We thoroughly loved our family time with three generations enjoying this peaceful location. One of our bird lovers used an app to record and identify up to 15 birds every morning. The pool was great and the beds very comfortable. There were many amenities provided and the host contact was great!

Summary: House is roomy and clean. Especially enjoyed the spacious master bedroom. Minor issues with pool and outdoor furniture. Bottom of pool needs a good paint job. Grill needs an upgrade. Maybe put cushions inside to keep clean. We all said we would rent here again.
