Summary: I love the pool deck at this property. Great sunsets and hot tub.The unit's faucet in the bathroom sink should be replaced. If the water is not turned on to full pressure the water leaks on the ledge of the sink because the faucet is too short.Maybe a brighter light bulb in the ceiling fan. Seemed a little dark in the room. The people at the property were extremely nice and accommodating. Last thing is the description does say one bedroom, but actually its a true efficiency unit. Overall, as my wife says,it was cute.

Summary: Overall quaint little place. owner told me key would be in an envelope in the office as i checked in after 11pm. after running around a bit I found it in an envelope at the bottom of the stairs. I didn't know u could say a place sleeps three with just one king bed. i pitty the party of three as i assumed there was a pull out couch.

Summary: Just returned from a wonderful week stay at this condo. Property was in a great location very close to PIE airport, clean and well furnished. Friendly attentive staff. Near major beaches and abundant dining options. Easy check in and check out procedures. Owner was very responsive and communicated with us from beginning of booking to end of stay.
