Summary: Nice place. Convenient, clean. Just enough room for the two of us. Pool area was pleasant. Sunset from pool was great. Unit deck view includes the water and the refuse from the restaurant, so we didn't spend any time out there.

Summary: We were able to check in a little early and the check in office called us when the room was ready which was nice. The bar and restaurant attached to the building was awesome! The food and drinks were very good. Such a nice and clean pool area. Very close to downtown Dunedin (20 minutes max). The room was spacious and clean and the balcony was nice with a pretty good view of the water.
