A special place for you, your family and friends. Enjoy waterfront living with a 60' deck and lower patio, plus a screen porch, all overlooking Lake Anna only 100 ft away. At the water, a spacious 1,600 sf boat house with a 'whip' mooring system for guests boat, large sun deck, covered gazebo, and bar room with refrigerator, microwave and hotdog maker... all adjacent to a gradual sloping beach.
House has a open floor plan on both levels for entertaining. Every room in the house has a waterfront view (with exception of the Guest Master). Both Masters are on the main floor with 2 bedrooms and a recreation room (which includes a sleep sofa) on the lower level, providing everyone 'their getaway space'. Guest washer/dryer located on the main level.
We unfortunately cannot accommodate; Pets, Weddings, Receptions, Group Parties or Celebrations, or those that wish to Smoke. Our home is a Pet & Smoke free home for families & couples to enjoy.
And most importantly, the safety of our guests and our family are always a top priority. We have our home professionally cleaned by a licensed firm prior to each individual guests arrival.

Summary: Outstanding home, clean, neat, modern, comfortable, with excellent layout. Enjoyed the large overwater dock with great outdoor furniture. My wife and I enjoyed tremendously and plan to bring the family back to rent here in the future.

Summary: We all had a marvelous time!! The house & property are incredible. We had everything we needed. It is very well stocked! The dock is so nice and we spent a lot of time there. Everyone slept comfortably. It was very easy to communicate with the owners. We would love to stay here again!!

Summary: Place is as described. Has everything you need to enjoy the lake. I brought spices cleaning stuff, hand soaps they had it all. Beds were super comfortable even the bath towels were a good quality. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great place on the lake. PROST!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here! The host was super flexible, and helpful in preparing for having our group there over Thanksgiving. Plenty of space, well stocked, clean, and nice view of the lake.

Summary: This home was perfect and clean and has a grand boathouse! The two bedrooms on the main floor (both w full baths) plus a half bath on the main floor and two more bedrooms on the lower level with one full bath make it simple for couples/families to have seperation and/or togetherness - sitting on the deck in the sun was the best!! (And the owners were so very kind to work with!)

Summary: Beautiful home right on the lake. Backyard had a first class dock and a small beach. The great room upstairs was a perfect place to meet with family and play games or watch a game on tv. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to a boat launch. Very nice vacation home!

Summary: We're repeat renters of this property; we didn't even look elsewhere. The property is superbly equipped and has relaxing spaces inside and out. Two separate decks are very well equipped, and the covered dock is a GREAT space to linger. The boat noise is much less than at other places we've rented. The listing details and pictures are very accurate and complete. The house was clean and well cared-for. We contacted Bud and Cathy a couple of time (NOT for problems), and they responded in minutes. We would choose this house again. We think you'd enjoy it too.
