Summary: We stopped over at the Finger Lakes for 4 days on a 2 week vacation. The condo was very comfortable and the view of Canandaigua Lake was fantastic. Nearby Naples was a great place to shop and eat. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: My family stayed in mid-August and we had a wonderful time but there were a couple things I wish we knew before going. First, we emailed the owners to inquire if my personal kayak would fit in the elevator to the beach but they never responded. No way it would have fit, it's a normal size elevator and I have a 13 foot kayak. There is NO other way to the beach (the walkways are roped off for repairs) so you have to get anything you want to bring into this standard size elevator. Second, the beach is a bit of a walk from the condo, so bring beach bags with wheels if you don't want to carry all your items. Third, the listing says " Resort amenities include...Tennis Courts, Playground ..." but the tennis courts and playground are FAR away from the condo, so you have to either drive or hike up the hill and through another neighborhood to get to them (they are nice though, with pickleball courts, basketball, and horse shoe pits). We really loved the view and location and the owners were mainly responsive but I just wish we knew these few things before going, so we could have prepared better. That said, we really liked the property and location and would definitely go back again!

Summary: We had a very enjoyable weeklong stay. Nicole was in touch and very responsive to our needs and inquiries. Condo was comfortable and quiet - absolutely no noise from other condos. Location suited us well, short drives to Canandaigua, Naples, and the west side of Keuka Lake. Immediate area was hilly so in the hot weather it put a tamper on taking any local walks. Under cover parking was much appreciated keeping vehicles cool. Although it appears that improvements have been and are being made to the outside of the condo complex and the property it could still use some work, but once inside the condo everything was clean, comfortable and as described.

Summary: Nicole was quite the attentive host. Walking in to a nice welcome note with snacks was a nice touch. The property was easy to find. Despite the parking garage being under repair we were able to park and as soon as we entered the quaint condo we could see the Lake. The kitchen was well appointed with all you need to make meals. Living room was the hang out place for our family. My son loved flipping through the various coffee table books. The games were great to past the time with family. Scrabble was a favorite. The bedrooms and baths were nicely appointed with fresh and soft towels. Very clean! The linen on the bed was perfect again clean and fresh! The mattress was a bit soft so that would be more of a personal preference. Overall once we switched that mattress with the other bed we got better sleep. We enjoyed our time and would consider coming back. Thanks for a lovely experience.

Summary: In reading other reviews I wanted to post something that may be helpful to others by providing information not seen in other reviews. I am rating this rental higher because some items are beyond the control of the owners but may be helpful to renters with more of a particular taste esthetically. That being said, it’s fair to mention that this property is in an aging condo building. Some outside esthetic issues are present; failing concrete, stairway to beach area closed due to potential hazards (elevator available), caution tape around areas, etc.. Important to note the rental unit itself has had some updates, esthetic issues are with building and not so much with rental unit. Pictures on listing do represent interior of unit well. This unit does have a covered parking area, which is nice for protection to your vehicle, just be aware if you have a roof mounted travel box or bikes, etc. as clearance may be an issue for you. Area to park for unit is two spots. One directly in front of unit, one just beyond the front of unit on back wall of enclosed area. There is an enclosed trash room that is directly beyond the front parking slot for this unit. While it does make it extremely convenient to dispose of unit trash, I mention it because it takes up your area to back out when parking in front of unit. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this rental unit to others. I must stress once again, items mentioned in this review are there for discerning renters, and while they may “take away” from the rental experience, items mentioned are not directly within the control of the owners. Owners were EXTREMELY responsive to messages and helpful in keeping us aware of any updates needed for our positive stay.

Summary: Location, location, location! This condo is right on Canandaigua Lake and has a killer view from its two balconies. It was spotlessly clean, and the layout worked well for our group, two couples. The kitchen was well enough equipped for us to make breakfast each morning, and we even cooked dinner one evening. We had two covered parking spots, also nice. The one negative is that the unit, and in fact the entire condo community, is a bit dated. The buildings, especially the garage, could use a facelift. When we arrived, there was a jackhammering project in progress in the garage, which was unpleasant. The furnishings in the unit were functional and adequate, but they could use some updating as well.
